本实用新型涉及一种煤矿机械。具体说,是煤矿上采煤掘进机上的采煤机用锥形截齿。
背景技术
在煤矿机械生产行业都知道,采煤机机头上装有很多锥形截齿,进行采煤施工时,在动力机构带动下,通过锥形截齿的高速旋转将煤挖掘下来。传统的锥形截齿外表面都是光滑流线型表面,进行采煤施工时,其外表面完全与煤层相接触、接触面积大,使得磨擦力较大、容易磨损。又由于采煤施工时,其外表面完全与煤层相接触,煤粉不易排出,采煤效率不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种不易磨损的采煤机用锥形截齿。采用这种锥形截齿,可提高采煤效率。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本实用新型的采煤机用锥形截齿含有齿体和齿尖,该齿体和齿尖分别为圆柱形和圆锥形且二者形成为一体。其特征在于所述齿尖上有螺旋状凹槽。所述螺旋状凹槽的横截面为弧形。
采取上述方案,具有以下优点:
由上述方案可以看出,由于在齿尖上加工有螺旋状凹槽,使得进行采煤施工时,齿尖的外表面不完全与煤层相接触,缩小了齿尖与煤层的接触面积,减小了磨擦力,使得齿尖的外表面不易磨损。又由于采煤施工时,其外表面不完全与煤层相接触,煤粉易排出,从而提高了采煤效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的采煤机用锥形截齿含有齿体1和齿尖2,该齿体和齿尖分别为圆柱形和圆锥形,它们既可以是用两种不同硬度的钢材加工后焊接在一起,也可以是用一种材料的钢棒加工而成。其中,在齿尖2上加工有螺旋状凹槽3。该螺旋状凹槽的横截面为弧形。这样一来,在采煤施工时,齿尖2的外表面只有螺旋状凹槽3之外的那部分与煤层相接触,从而缩小了齿尖2与煤层的接触面积,减小了磨擦力,使得齿尖2的外表面不易磨损。又由于采煤施工时,其外表面只有螺旋状凹槽3之外的那部分与煤层相接触,煤粉可从只有螺旋状凹槽3内排出,可提高采煤效率。

1.采煤机用锥形截齿,包括齿体(1)和齿尖(2),该齿体和齿尖分别为圆柱形和圆锥形且二者形成为一体;其特征在于所述齿尖(2)上有螺旋状凹槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采煤机用锥形截齿,其特征在于所述螺旋状凹槽(3)的横截面为弧形。
