本实用新型属于石油设备领域,涉及一种耐腐蚀抽油管接箍。
背景技术
抽油机井一直以来都是国内外油田的主要采油方式,而抽油管接箍则是抽油机井中的一个关键部件,它起着连接抽油管的作用。现有的抽油管接箍普遍使用的是钢体接箍,表面经过磷化处理。在采油作业中,抽油管接箍要长期在油井受到井液中H2S、CO2、硫酸还原菌、Cl-等介质的腐蚀,经常导致抽油管接箍的腐蚀穿孔和断脱。在作业一段时间后即需停产检修,更换接箍,加大了采油成本,由此给采油的周期性连续化生产造成很大不便。
技术内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀抽油管接箍,大大减轻采油作业中接箍的腐蚀,减少因接箍腐蚀而频繁更换的状况,延长了油井的检修周期,降低了采油成本,从而解决了上述背景技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种耐腐蚀抽油管接箍,抽油管接箍是一空心圆柱体,圆柱体内腔有螺纹,其特征在于:抽油管接箍内外表面设有耐腐蚀渗硼层。
本实用新型具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,渗硼层的厚度为0.05-0.09mm,使得腐蚀局限于渗硼层本身,而使接箍本身不致腐蚀,延长油井检修周期,提高油田的经济效益。

具体实施方式
参照附图,抽油管接箍1是一圆柱体,圆柱体内腔中空,内腔有内螺纹2,可以与抽油管的外螺纹连接。在接箍内外表面采用渗硼处理工艺,扩渗后形成一层耐腐蚀渗硼层3,其厚度为0.05-0.09mm。
固体粉末渗硼剂的成分是:碳化硼5%,氟硼酸钾5%,碳化硅90%,渗硼温度为840-920℃。
