本实用新型的技术解决方案是爆竹固引封口装置。它由短输送带、装料斗、长输送带、托板、推动轮、调节轮、活动节构成。本实用新型是这样实现的，在短输送带上一个接一个的放上要固引封口的爆竹饼子，短输送带拖着爆竹饼子经过安装在上方的装料斗时，装料斗把固引剂粉平均洒在爆竹饼子上，爆竹饼子继续向后被传送到长输送带上，长输送带下边装有调节轮，调节长输送带的松紧，使其正常运转。长输送带上下边中间装有托板，托板上装有能够上下转动的活动节，并把托板分成前后二段，在长输送带运送爆竹饼子期间，推动轮推动活动节处，使托板产生活动节处幅度大，前后两端幅度小的上下振动，在托板上的长输送带拖着爆竹饼子向后移动，并随托板一起振动，固引剂粉经过振动，在惯性作用下，相互挤紧，完成爆竹固引封口过程。
