在粮食谷物生产加工时，多用到管道输送物料。在物料从高处下落到低处时，会产生较大冲力，容易将输送管道的末端破坏。通常采用将管道下端加厚，来增加其使用寿命，但加工工艺复杂，不易制造。还有采用输料装置平输送，这样增加能耗，不适用生产实际需要。

本实用新型的目的是提供带缓冲斗的输料装置，解决了物料从上端下落容易损伤输料管道下端的问题，设计简单，结构合理，制作方便，延长了输料管道使用寿命。

带缓冲斗的输料装置，包括立柱、输料管和出料管，所述的输料管下端连接有缓冲斗，缓冲斗下端连接有出料管，输料管和出料管分别位于缓冲斗左、右端。
所述的缓冲斗底面设有托架，托架与立柱连接固定。

本实用新型采用在输料管道下端，增加了缓冲装置，让物料从上端下落时，不是直接与输料管道内壁发生碰撞，从而减小物料对管道内壁损伤，结构简单合理。

参见附图，带缓冲斗的输料装置，包括立柱1、输料管2和出料管3，输料管2下端连接有缓冲斗4，缓冲斗4下端连接有出料管3，输料管2和出料管3分别位于缓冲斗4左、右端。物料从上端下落时，不是直接与输料管2道内壁发生碰撞，从而减小物料对管道内壁损伤。缓冲斗4底面设有托架5，托架5与立柱1连接固定，分解物料对缓冲斗4的压力，保证了缓冲斗4承受的压力。
