本实用新型提供了一种剪切乳化机，包括设于底架上的电机，其特征在于，电机的法兰盘连接联轴套，联轴套连接密封箱，密封箱连接转子室，在密封箱和转子室中部设有主轴，主轴通过设于联轴套中部的联轴器连接电机的轴和主轴，密封箱与主轴之间设有机械密封，密封箱上分别设有冷却水进口和冷却水出口，转子室中从内到外依次设有轴套、转叶、转子、定子、轴套盖、螺母、进料盖、进料口，转子室上设有出料口。本实用新型的优点是：乳化效果和输送能力都比较好，工作效率高，安装方便，能耗小。

本实用新型涉及一种剪切乳化机，属于剪切乳化机技术领域。
背景技术
目前常用的乳化设备主要有分散乳化机和高剪切机。分散乳化机利用转子的高速旋转和与定子的间隙对物料进行粉碎、乳化，其乳化效果较好，但是它仅依靠转子的齿形使物料产生离心力，因此离心力太小、吸力不够，所以输送能力更差，实际使用时分散乳化机的进料管道上必须加输送泵；高剪切机则是利用带转叶的高速旋转和与转叶室内壁的间隙对物料进行粉碎、乳化，其乳化效果较差，但是它依靠带转叶的高速旋转产生离心力，因此离心力大，所以输送能力更好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服分散乳化机和高剪切机的不足，提供一种剪切乳化机，该设备结合分散乳化机和高剪切机的优点，不仅能对物料进行粉碎、乳化，乳化效果较好，而且离心力大，所以输送能力更好，工作效率高。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种剪切乳化机，包括设于底架上的电机，其特征在于，电机的法兰盘连接联轴套，联轴套连接密封箱，密封箱连接转子室，在密封箱和转子室中部设有主轴，主轴通过设于联轴套中部的联轴器连接电机的轴和主轴，密封箱与主轴之间设有机械密封，密封箱上分别设有冷却水进口和冷却水出口，转子室中从内到外依次设有轴套、转叶、转子、定子、轴套盖、螺母、进料盖、进料口，转子室上设有出料口。
本实用新型的优点是：乳化效果和输送能力都比较好，工作效率高，安装方便，能耗小。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图1所示，为剪切乳化机结构示意图，所述的剪切乳化机，所述的剪切乳化机由底架1、联轴器2、联轴套3、机械密封4、轴套5、转叶6、定子7、转子室8、轴套盖9、螺母10、进料口11、进料盖12、转子13、冷却水进口14、密封箱15、主轴16、电机17、冷却水出口18和出料口19组成。
电机17安置在底架1上，联轴套3与电机17的法兰盘20连接，用联轴器2将电机17的轴与主轴16连接起来，密封箱15与联轴套3连接，在主轴16上套上机械密封4，装上转子室8；然后由内向外在在主轴16上套上轴套5、转叶6、转子13、定子7、轴套盖9、螺母10、进料盖12、进料口11；在密封箱15上还装有冷却水进口14、冷却水出口18，转子室8上设有出料口19。
工作时，物料经过进料口11到达转子13、定子7时被粉碎、混合、乳化；然后又被如图2所示的高速旋转的转叶6所产生的离心力通过出料口19输送出去，物料经过后不仅被粉碎、混合、乳化，而且得到了足够的输送能量。
根据工艺要求，可以改变乳化输送泵的转叶6的宽度达到足够的流量，可以增加转定子的组数使乳化效果达到工艺要求，图1所示为一组转定子，可以增加到三组。

1、一种剪切乳化机，包括设于底架(1)上的电机(17)，其特征在于，电机(17)的法兰盘(20)连接联轴套(3)，联轴套(3)连接密封箱(15)，密封箱(15)连接转子室(8)，在密封箱(15)和转子室(8)中部设有主轴(16)，主轴(16)通过设于联轴套(3)中部的联轴器(2)连接电机(17)的轴和主轴(16)，密封箱(15)与主轴(16)之间设有机械密封(4)，密封箱(15)上分别设有冷却水进口(14)和冷却水出口(18)，转子室(8)中从内到外依次设有轴套(5)、转叶(6)、转子(13)、定子(7)、轴套盖(9)、螺母(10)、进料盖(12)、进料口(11)，转子室(8)上设有出料口(19)。
