本实用新型涉及一种轮胎,尤其涉及一种实心轮胎。
背景技术:
目前,实心轮胎因其具有耐磨损、承载能力强、无爆胎、无漏气等优点已在许多行业被广泛采用,但也存在减震效果不好、乘坐舒适性差等缺陷。为此,申请号为“200520058065.8”的中国专利文献公开了一种名称为“实心轮胎”的实用新型专利,它是在轮胎的两侧面设置盲孔,该专利虽然一定程度上解决了传统实心轮胎减震效果不好、乘坐舒适性差的缺陷,但减震效果仍然不够理想,而且制造工艺比较复杂、成本较高。
发明内容:
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种减震效果好、制造方便的实心轮胎。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括轮胎本体、均匀分布在轮胎本体两侧面的至少一圈开孔,该开孔的轴线与轮胎轴线平行;所述开孔为通孔。
里面一圈的通孔与外面一圈的通孔交错分布。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,将传统实心轮胎的盲孔改为了通孔,因此具有弹性强、减震效果好、模具结构简单、制造方便、节约橡胶等优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
在图1~2中,在轮胎本体1的侧面设有至少一圈均匀分布的通孔2,各通孔2与轮胎轴线平行。为了增加轮胎的弹性,可结合轮胎的大小在轮胎本体1的侧面设置多圈通孔2;为了增加轮胎的强度,里面一圈的通孔2与外面一圈的通孔2交错分布。

1.一种实心轮胎,包括轮胎本体、均匀分布在轮胎本体两侧面的至少一圈开孔,该开孔的轴线与轮胎轴线平行;其特征在于:所述开孔为通孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实心轮胎,其特征在于:里面一圈的通孔(2)与外面一圈的通孔(2)交错分布。
