背景技术
一般变速箱中间轴支撑轴承安装到壳体上后,还需在壳体上安装端盖,以便密封箱体,这样结构复杂,不便于制造。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种外圈带盲孔的变速箱轴承,安装在变速箱箱体端部,是一种圆锥滚子轴承的变形产品,可承受轴径向联合载荷。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用技术方案的基本构思是:包括外圈、内圈、滚动体、筐形保持架,所述外圈内锥孔设置为盲孔,其外径表面上设有密封槽和凸缘,该外径表面与所述凸缘的连接部分采用圆弧倒角。
所述密封槽位于外圈外径表面盲孔的底部一侧,所述凸缘设置在外圈外径表面盲孔的开口一侧。
本实用新型的有益效果是,将该轴承外圈内锥孔变为盲孔后,可以取消端盖,使变速箱体更加紧凑,且便于制造,轴承外径上的凸缘起定位作用,外径上的密封槽可装入密封圈,加强轴承外圈与箱壁之间的密封,轴承外径表面与所述凸缘的连接部分采用圆弧倒角,增加了凸缘的抗冲击性能。

具体实施方式
将轴承外圈1的内锥孔由通孔变为盲孔3,在外径带凸缘8和密封槽6,内组件采用通用轴承结构,轴承外径表面与凸缘8的连接部分采用圆弧倒角,增加凸缘的抗冲击性能。内圈2、外圈1、滚动体4材料采用轴承钢GCr15,筐形保持架5采用钢板冲压成型。

1、一种外圈带盲孔的变速箱轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚动体(4)、筐形保持架(5),其特征在于,所述外圈(1)内锥孔设置为盲孔(3),其外径表面上设有密封槽(6)和凸缘(8),该外径表面与所述凸缘(8)的连接部分采用圆弧倒角(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述外圈带盲孔的变速箱轴承,其特征在于,所述密封槽(6)位于外圈(1)外径表面盲孔(3)的底部一侧,所述凸缘(8)设置在外圈(1)外径表面盲孔(3)的开口一侧。
