Abstract

高热阻组合砌块由二块独立的墙体材料,中间夹放保温板分别用四个钢丝卡扣沿组合砌块的四个角将墙体材料和保温板固定在一起形成整体。其中二块独立的墙体材料可以是孔内充填保温材料的空心砌块、加汽砌块等新型墙材;保温板下端与砌块底面齐平,上端按砌筑砂浆厚度高于砌块上平面、左右分别按1/2砂浆厚度长于砌块;通过改变墙体材料及保温板的厚度以及各自的材质调整组合砌块的热阻值,使其大于当地建筑节能墙体热阻的规定值。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑节能,尤其涉及一种高热阻组合砌块。
背景技术:
建筑节能的重要环节是墙体保温,由于目前各地按照常规厚度使用的加汽砌块、空心砌块等均不能满足现建筑节能墙体热阻限值,而改由在空心砌块空腔内放置保温材料复合而成的复合保温砌块,该复合砌块虽然所使用的材料(传热系数)有较大的选择余地,但空心砌块热桥的存在使得复合砌块以至整个墙体的热阻值难以有较大提高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的一是取代现行的建筑节能的外墙外保温,彻底杜绝火灾的隐患和外墙饰面脱落造成的社会公害;二是实现一种具有一定强度且砌块内部无热桥的墙体自保温体系;三是根据各地建筑墙体不同的热阻规定值以及实现自保温砌块热阻值可调节性,使之超出目前建筑节能公建提高50%、民建提高65%的目标。
本发明高热阻组合砌块是这样实现的:由二块独立的墙体材料,中间夹放保温板分别用四个钢丝卡扣沿组合砌块的四个角将墙体材料和保温板固定在一起形成整体。其中如使用空心砌块做组合砌块材料,其原料可使用80%以上的高热阻的工农业废弃物,如在空腔内充填保温材料可进一步提高保温隔音效果;也可使用加汽砌块,粉煤灰砖等新型墙材做组合砌块的组成部分。整块保温板的使用,彻底中断整个组合砌块的热桥,改变其厚度和选用不同热阻的材料可任意改变整个组合砌块以及墙体的节能值。钢丝卡扣将二块独立的墙体材料以及保温板连成整体砌筑砂浆又进一步固定以上各个部分。本发明的热阻值、容重、抗压强度等理化指标均可按不同地区和不同保温要求任意设置;

具体实施方式:
威海地区采暖期平均温度为-0.4℃,该区域维护墙传热系数限值当S≤0.35时K=0.60,当0.35<S≤0.40时K=0.45。按最高标准K=0.45w/(m2·k)、最小传热阻Ro=2.22(m2·k/W)设计通用高热阻组合砌块,高热阻组合砌块制作参数为:单排孔、空心砌块390×100×190,空心率≥30%,容重700kg/m3,用于填充墙,空心砌块空腔放置再生保温材料,两空心砌块夹放400×200×40挤塑板。空心砌块材料配比为电石泥20%、粉煤灰30%、炉渣35%、水泥10%、废弃植物纤维3%、激发剂2%。空心砌块采用机械振压、蒸汽养护等生产工艺,砌块养护至龄期组装后送往施工现场。经对高热阻组合砌块并使用普通砂浆砌筑及抹面和外墙贴瓷砖的竣工墙体检测其传热阻Ro=2.25(m2·k/W),传热系数K=0.444w/(m2·k).该结果达到和超过威海地区以及全国采暖期平均温度-0.4℃以上的所有区域新的建筑外墙维护结构最小传热阻Ro=2.22(m2·k/W)的限制,建筑节能超过65%的规定。

1、一种高热阻组合砌块,其特征是:组合砌块由二块独立的墙体材料,中间夹放保温板分别用四个钢丝卡扣沿组合砌块的四个角将墙体材料和保温板固定在一起形成整体。
2、根据权利要求1所述高热阻组合砌块,其特征是:二块独立的墙体材料可以是空心砌块、孔内充填保温材料的空心砌块、加汽砌块、实心砖、空心砖。
3、根据权利要求1所述高热阻组合砌块,其特征是:保温板下端与砌块底面齐平,上端按砌筑砂浆厚度高于砌块上平面、左右分别按1/2砂浆厚度长于砌块。
