本发明涉及一种轻质、保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热的环保墙,包括墙板,墙板中填充有浇注料,所述浇注料包含以下重量份组分组成:水泥20‑50份、水27‑57份、粉煤灰15‑45份、建筑废料10‑40份、聚苯颗粒(直径4‑6mm)0.5‑3份、羟丙基甲基纤维0.04‑0.35份和可再分散乳胶粉0.15‑0.45份。

技术领域
本发明涉及轻质、保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热、环保墙,属于建筑领域。
背景技术
随着现代建筑科技的迅速发展、人们生活水平的提升,人们对生活品质的要求愈发提高,高层、超高层及大跨度建筑层出不穷,如何解决建筑墙体的轻质、保温、防火、隔音等方面的问题是人们亟待解决的问题,我国的房屋建筑墙体材料通常沿用传统的黏土砖,而烧制黏土砖将破坏大面积的耕地。从建筑施工的角度来看,以黏土砖为墙体的房屋建筑运输重量大,施工速度慢。如果不设置保温层,北方地区寒冷,外墙厚度一般为370mm,降低了房屋的有效使用面积。同时房屋的保温隔声效果、居住的热环境及舒适性差,用于建筑取暖的能耗较大,能源利用率只有30%左右。目前,新型墙体材料种类越来越多,其中应用较多的,有石膏或水泥轻质隔墙板、彩钢板、加气混凝土砌块、钢丝网架泡沫板、小型混凝土空心砌块、石膏板、石膏砌块、陶粒砌块、烧结多孔砖、页岩砖、实心混凝土砖、PC大板、水平孔混凝土墙板、活性炭墙体、新型隔墙板等。外墙做法分为:外墙主体、外墙保温、外墙防水、外墙面装饰和内墙面装饰五大部分。上述水泥板材普遍存在强度不高、吊挂力和耐冲击能力弱等不足,直接导致其使用领域相对较窄。如何进行材料改性和制造工艺的改良,以制得在保温、隔热、质轻等传统性能的基础上,兼具强度较高、吊挂力较好、耐冲击性能较好的水泥复合板材,并且其使用材料环保,成为人们越来越关心的课题。
申请号为201110303417.1的一种节能型保温砌块,公开了一种自保温轻质建材浇筑料砌块,利用聚苯颗粒、炉渣、粉煤灰等工业废料取得轻集料自保温轻质建材浇筑料砌块,但其性能仅为保温,轻质与实际应用有很大差距,同时,抗压、抗折性能差。进一步的,由于其性质为砌块,因此,也存在着诸多弊端。
申请号为201320272347.2的自保温抗震墙板,其抗压、抗折性能优异,但是,现有的混凝土和浇注料都未能使其保温性能发挥到最大作用,因此,寻找一种适宜的浇注料,使其更大程度的发挥其保温性能就显得尤为重要了。
中国专利申请CN101857459B公开了一种轻质防火保温复合板材及其制备方法,其包括:膨胀玻化微珠、干粉硅铝酸盐凝胶材料、矿物高模弹性纤维、干粉添加剂以及惰性气体发泡液体,但是,复合板材强度低,仅适合用于墙体保温板材使用,且其制备的发泡工序采用惰性气体发泡,其制造成本相对较高。
通过研究,我们发现墙板的保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热等性能不仅与板体的结构有紧密关系,同时,浇注料的配比也在很大程度上决定了墙板的保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热等性能。申请人通过不断的试验研究获得了一种轻质、保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热的环保墙,既能满足轻质、保温、防火、防水、隔音、隔热的要求,同时又能够满足结构物的力学、使用功能以及耐久性的要求,对自然环境具有亲和性、符合可持续发展的原则,即节省资源和能源,减轻对地球和生态系统的负荷,同时其墙体可以拆卸、循环使用,能够根据不同的需求进行大小的切割。

本发明的环保墙,包括墙板,墙板中填充有浇注料,所述浇注料由以下重量份组分组成:

其中,聚苯颗粒,即为人们通常说称的白色垃圾,通过将其回收利用,节约了成本,起到了环境保护的作用,羟丙基甲基纤维素能很好的保水、增稠、增加原料的分散性、粘结性等。
所述的水泥选自现有的任何型号的水泥,优选普通425、525、625硅酸盐水泥;
进一步的,为了提高本发明轻质保温抗震环保墙板性能,所述水泥优选为普通425硅酸盐水泥。
进一步的,本发明浇注料配方根据不同季节,南北温差,空气湿度变化,配方中原料配比可做相应调整,以适应不同的环境。
进一步的,墙体的两侧面是平面,并且可以根据具体的实际需要,并可在墙体中设置有线管、开关槽等结构,但是平面的板体在应用时,相邻板体之间通过平面对接,连接面积较小,为了增加板体之间的对接强度,所述板体侧面设置有相互配合的公榫、母榫.
进一步的,墙体的两侧面是平面,并且可以根据具体的实际需要,任意开间,并可在墙体中预埋有线管、开关槽等结构,但是平面的板体和内置龙骨采用装配式施工,保证板体拼缝严密,然后灌注浆料,保证墙体的整体性。
本发明还公开了墙板中浇注料的制备方法为:将水泥、水、粉煤灰、建筑废料、聚苯颗粒、羟丙基甲基纤维、可再分散乳胶粉按照配比加入,搅拌均匀,即用即浇即可。
具体实施方式

一种浇注料,所述浇注料由以下重量份组分组成:
墙板的制作:
a、将20份普通425硅酸盐水泥、27份水、15份粉煤灰、10份建筑废料、0.5份聚苯颗粒、0.0.4份羟丙基甲基纤维、0.15份可再分散乳胶粉按照配比加入,搅拌,得到浇注料;
b、将上述浇注料浇筑到两侧板体中,成型即得轻质保温环保墙板;其中,板体为8mm厚的轻质水泥板。
