Abstract

保温隔音墙体主要由保温隔音砌块和保温砂浆组成。保温隔音砌块由高热阻材料制成的双排错位四孔砌块以及孔内预置的二整块和一面暴露于砌块侧面的两个半块聚苯发泡板组成,由该砌块及保温砂浆完成的单一墙体无需二次保温,其综合传热系数优于各地墙体节能最高标准。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑节能,尤其涉及一种无需二次保温的新型保温隔音墙体。
背景技术:
现行建筑节能是在建筑物外墙增加保温层,再在保温层外进行砂浆抹面粘贴外墙瓷砖,该方式的弊端一是墙体与保温及外饰不同寿命;二是防火性能差;三是工程质量难以控制。目前外保温火灾以及外饰部分高空坠落造成人员伤亡的事故屡有发生,为此各地正在研发自保温墙体以取代外墙外保温的施工方法。公开号CN101289888A公开的复合保温砌块存在以下不足:一是三排七个通孔的砌块以及孔内预置七块保温板的复合保温砌块,该的生产工艺复杂,耗时费力;二是中心热桥处的强度低,生产过程中容易断裂成品率低;三是容重较大;四是用苯板隔断普通砂浆的热桥其负作用砌块与砂浆的粘合面积减少,墙体的抗剪力降低。
发明内容:
本发明目的一是彻底取代现行的外墙外保温施工方法,二是提高建筑物保温隔音效果,三是实现墙体低容重、低成本、简化生产工艺。保温隔音墙体主要由保温隔音砌块和保温砂浆组成。保温隔音砌块由高热阻材料制成的二个大通孔和二个一侧开放小通孔的空心砌块以及孔内预置的二大块和二小块聚苯发泡板组成。由该砌块及保温砂浆完成的单一墙体无需二次保温,其综合传热系数可满足各地墙体节能最高标准。

具体实施方式:
烟台地区墙体(填充墙)节能限值:当体形系数S≤0.35时,传热系数K=0.63,当0.35<S≤0.40时K=0.5,按最高标准K=0.5设计保温隔音墙体的砌块和砂浆。参照说明书附图说明如下:砌块容重750kg/m3,抗压强度3.5Mpa,外形尺寸390×240×190,高热阻砌块材料1的组成为:电石泥25%、粉煤灰25%、炉渣30%、废植物纤维5%、水泥12%、添加剂3%,二大块聚苯发泡板2容重15kg/m3,外形尺寸230×82×190,二小块聚苯发泡板3容重15kg/m3,外形尺寸110×82×190,砌块的高热阻材料1与聚苯发泡板2和3的体积比为56∶44,使用抗压强度为5.0Mpa的保温砌筑砂浆,使用普通砂浆抹面并做瓷砖外饰贴面,通过以上保温隔音砌块及保温砂浆砌筑完成的墙体,经实测K=0.485,符合墙体节能K≤0.63和K≤0.5的限值。

2.根据权利要求1所述的保温隔音墙体,其特征在于:主要组成部分的保温隔音砌块是由二个大通孔和二个一侧开放小通孔的空心砌块以及孔内预置上下贯通的二大块和二小块聚苯发泡板组合而成。
