本实用新型提供了一种无密封环迷宫往复活塞压缩机,所要解决的问题是:往复活塞压缩机的密封元件采用非金属材料制作,压缩机工作时,它与缸体内壁或者活塞杆相互摩擦而产生微粒直接污染压缩气体;其密封元件是压缩机的易损件,它们直接影响压缩机开动率。本实用新型的要点是:它取消活塞环和填料取消密封环,缸体内壁镜面和活塞外柱面即二者的配合面均有螺纹环槽;石墨填料环的内壁带有螺纹状环槽;机身内腔刮油环下设有水冷却的活塞杆导向轴承;活塞杆与十字头采用锥面配合键连接;气缸与机身无止口平面连接。本实用新型的特点是:可提供无油、无尘极为洁净的压缩气体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种往复活塞压缩机,具体说是一种无密封环迷宫立式往复活塞压缩机。
背景技术
往复活塞压缩机是石油、化工、化肥、采矿、冶金、制冷和气体分离等国民经济重点行业生产装置关键设备之一,它提供无油、无尘极为洁净的压缩气体,或压缩气体为干氮、干氧等特殊介质。现有对动平衡式、角式、卧式、立式的往复活塞压缩机依靠活塞环、填料密封环等密封元件密封。这些密封元件一般采用非金属材料制作,压缩机工作时,它与缸体内壁或者活塞杆相互摩擦而产生微粒,特别是活塞环与缸体内壁摩擦产生微粒直接污染压缩气体;另一方面,这些密封元件是压缩机的易损件,它们直接影响压缩机开动率。因此带有密封元件的往复压缩机往往满足不了特殊工艺要求,限制了石化、气体分离等行业的技术发展。
发明内容
为克服已有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无密封环迷宫往复活塞压缩机,它可提供无油、无尘极为洁净的压缩气体。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括活塞及其杆、导向轴承、缸体和机身等,其特征是:
1、它取消活塞环,缸体内壁镜面和活塞外柱面的配合面均有螺纹环槽,活塞与气缸壁间留有较大间隙,为间隙配合;
2、填料取消密封环,石墨填料环的内壁(与活塞杆的配合面)带有螺纹状环槽,活塞杆与填料环亦设计为较大间隙,为间隙配合;
3、所说的导向轴承内设有冷却水夹层及其进水口和出水口,导向轴承(与活塞杆)的配合面挂巴氏合金,与活塞杆间隙很小,为间隙配合;
4、活塞杆与十字头为锥面配合键连接;
5、气缸与机身无止口平面连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、取消活塞环、填料密封环后,在活塞外圆柱面、石墨填料环内壁的螺纹环槽,压缩气体经过环槽时因膨胀产生节流,由多道环槽实现压缩机气缸和填料的密封,可提供无油、无尘极为洁净的压缩气体;
2、活塞杆和导向轴承设有冷却机构,通过水冷,活塞杆表面温度很低,既防止油雾产生,又有利于除去油膜,因而压缩气体又不会受到油雾污染;
3、活塞杆与十字头采用稍面配合键连接取代传统的螺纹连接,活塞杆与十字头配合精度很高,又有间隙很小的导向轴承导向,保证活塞杆上下垂直往复运动,实现活塞杆与石墨密封涵、活塞与气缸内壁无接触摩擦。
5、气缸与机身无定位止口,装配时容易调整中心,可以保证缸体与活塞及十字头滑道同轴度和多列活塞杆(缸体)中心距。
6、因活塞与气缸内壁、活塞杆与石墨填料环均为间隙配合而无接触,压缩机工作中其活塞、活塞杆运动为无磨损过程,故而保证活塞、活塞杆、石墨填料环长寿命;加之没有活塞环和填料密封环,除气阀外,大大减少易损件,压缩机可长期可靠运行。

具体实施方式
参见图1,它包括活塞1它包括活塞及其杆3、导向轴承7、缸体2和机身5等,其改进点为:
1、它取消活塞环,缸体内壁镜面和活塞外柱面、这二者的配合面均有螺纹环槽(参见图2),活塞与气缸壁间留有较大间隙,为间隙配合;
2、填料取消密封环,石墨填料环8的内壁带有螺纹状环槽(参见图3),活塞杆3与填料环亦设计为较大间隙,为间隙配合;
3、所说的导向轴承内设有冷却水夹层12及其进水口11和出水口10,导向轴承(与活塞杆)的配合面挂巴氏合金9,与活塞杆间隙很小,为间隙配合(参见图4);
4、活塞杆3与十字头6采用锥面配合键连接;
5、缸体与机身无止口平面4连接。

1、一种无密封环迷宫往复活塞压缩机,它包括活塞及其杆、导向轴承、缸体和机身,其特征是:
(1)、缸体内壁镜面和活塞外柱面的配合面均有螺纹环槽,活塞与气缸壁间为间隙配合;
(2)、石墨填料环的内壁带有螺纹状环槽,为间隙配合;
(3)、所说的导向轴承内设有冷却水夹层及其进水口和出水口,导向轴承的配合面挂巴氏合金,为间隙配合;
(4)、活塞杆与十字头为锥面配合键连接;
(5)、气缸与机身无止口平面连接。
