背景技术
在子午线轮胎中，带束层作为主要受力不见承受了轮胎载重负荷约60％以上的应力。早期的轮胎中大多数使用3+8*0.35钢丝帘线作为带束层增强材料，其破断强度低、柔软性不好、结构复杂，加工工艺路线长，生产效率低，使用成本高；同时各轮胎生产企业和钢丝帘线制造商都在大力开发结构简单、制造成本较低的新结构钢丝帘线，以满足轮胎轻量化及降低生产成本的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种4/6*0.38HT钢帘线，它不但制造工作简单、生产成本低，而且工作层单丝间为线接触，接触面积大，接触压力小，不存在钢丝之间的磨损，耐屈挠疲劳性能强。
