本实用新型涉及一种煤炭脱水设备，是一种卧式振动离心脱水机。
背景技术
随着我国钢铁行业的发展，对焦炭产量的需求进一步加大，对焦炭质量的要求也越来越高。选煤厂出厂的精煤水分偏高的问题已经引起了广泛关注，精煤水分偏高会影响焦炭质量，延长焦炉结焦时间，造成焦化厂产量和质量的下降；增加精煤的运输成本和费用。
卧式振动离心机由于其具有高回收率、易损件少、煤的粉碎率低、入料粒度上限大、所需厂房高度低，维修方便以及吨煤电耗低等优点，已经受到广泛关注。但是，由于现有的卧式振动离心机具有①振动参数不稳定、调整频繁；②主轴承、弹簧、联接螺栓易损坏，支座易裂开；③箱体漏油严重；④噪声大等缺点，在我国各选煤厂使用情况仍然不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、可靠性高、维修量小的卧式振动离心脱水机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
卧式振动离心脱水机，包括主传动轴、筛篮、给料管、排料口、排水口、壳体、机架，其特征在于，该装置还包括一次激振体、二次激振体、压板、橡胶层，一次激振体与壳体通过螺栓连接，二次激振体通过迷宫盖结构与筛篮连接；一次激振体的内层设有压板，压板的内层设有橡胶层，橡胶层的内部设有二次激振体；二次激振体的两端设有凸沿，将橡胶层压紧在二次激振体与压板之间；主传动轴连接主传动电机，一次激振体连接振动电机。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
生产能大，工艺指标良好、结构设计新颖、性能稳定、可靠性高、维修量小、易调节可满足大、中、小型选煤厂的需求。

具体实施方式
见图1，卧式振动离心脱水机，包括主传动轴5、筛篮8、一次激振体1、二次激振体4、压板2、橡胶层3、给料管9、排料口11、排水口10、壳体7、机架12，一次激振体1与壳体7通过螺栓连接，二次激振体4通过迷宫盖6结构与筛篮8连接；一次激振体1的内层设有压板2，压板2的内层设有橡胶层3，橡胶层3的内部设有二次激振体4；二次激振体4的两端设有凸沿，将橡胶层3压紧在二次激振体4与压板2之间；主传动轴5连接主传动电机，一次激振体1连接振动电机。
本装置的工作过程是：物料经机体上部的给料管运行到筛篮下部，因受到离心力的作用而紧贴筛面；在轴向振动力的作用下，料层均匀的沿锥形筛网向筛篮大端移动，完成离心脱水过程；物料从筛篮大端甩出，落入机壳下部的排料口排出。物料的水分在离心力的作用下透过料层和筛缝，甩向筛篮四周并沿壳体壁流向排水口排出。卧式振动离心机的传动机构使筛篮绕主传动轴旋转，并通过一次激振体、二次激振体作轴向振动，强化了物料的脱水作用，并促使筛面上的物料向前移动。当物料层在抖动时，有助于清理过滤表面，防止筛面堵塞，减轻了物料对筛面的磨损。
