Abstract
本实用新型一种振动筛，属于物料筛选技术领域；提供一种对物料分级筛选更加精准、处理量更大且噪音小的一种水平振动筛；包括底架、固定在底架上方的筛箱和与筛箱上方固定联接的激振器，所述筛箱水平放置，所述激振器包括偏心轴和齿轮，两个偏心轴通过齿轮啮合联接，所述筛箱通过钢板与底架弹性联接，所述钢板中间部分与筛箱还有弹簧联接；本实用新型主要应用在物料筛选方面。

技术领域
本实用新型一种振动筛，属于物料筛选技术领域。
背景技术
传统的振动筛大多以斜向筛安装使用，激振器为橡胶墩或垂直方向弹力装置组合，实践发现，传统的振动筛对粒料的分级过于粗糙，分级不准且工作效率低，有时出现进料量大，出料量小的情况，使设备处于大负荷状态工作，直接造成设备的损耗，从而影响到生产工艺的整体运行。因此，有必要予以改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种对物料分级筛选更加精准、处理量更大且噪音小的一种水平振动筛。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种振动筛，包括底架、固定在底架上方的筛箱和与筛箱上方固定联接的激振器，所述筛箱水平放置。
所述激振器包括偏心轴和齿轮，两个偏心轴通过齿轮啮合联接。
所述筛箱通过钢板与底架弹性联接。
所述钢板中间部分与筛箱还有弹簧联接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果为：
本实用新型筛板为水平方向，整个筛体也是水平安装，实现了物料通过筛孔的最大化和快速化，使物料的分级更加准确，提高了单位时间内的物料处理能力，并且设备设计为多层筛板结构，使筛子对物料的分级筛选更加精准，并且噪音小，设备运行平稳，保养方便，适用范围广。

图中1为底架、2为筛箱、3为激振器、4为偏心轴、5为齿轮、6为钢板、7为弹簧、8为电机座、9为电动机、10为小皮带轮、11为三角带、12为大皮带轮、13为筛板。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1和图2所述，一种振动筛，包括底架1、固定在底架1上方的筛箱2和与筛箱2上方固定联接的激振器3，所述筛箱2水平放置。
所述激振器3包括偏心轴4和齿轮5，两个偏心轴4通过齿轮5啮合联接。
所述筛箱2通过钢板6与底架1弹性联接。
所述钢板6中间部分与筛箱2还有弹簧7联接。
该设备的工作流程为：电机座8固定在底架1上，位于电机座8上的电动机9带动小皮带轮10转动，通过三角带11带动大皮带轮12转动，大皮带轮12带动其中一个偏心轴4转动，偏心轴4之间通过齿轮5啮合，因此带动另一个偏心轴4转动，从而使激振器3振动，由于激振器3与筛箱2固定联接，因此筛箱2振动，带动内部的筛板13工作，筛板13不少于一个。

1.一种振动筛，包括底架（1）、固定在底架（1）上方的筛箱（2）和与筛箱（2）上方固定联接的激振器（3），其特征在于：所述筛箱（2）水平放置，所述筛箱（2）通过钢板（6）与底架（1）弹性联接，所述钢板（6）相对于底架（1）斜向设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动筛，其特征在于：所述激振器（3）包括偏心轴（4）和齿轮（5），两个偏心轴（4）通过齿轮（5）啮合联接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动筛，其特征在于：所述钢板（6）中间部分与筛箱（2）还有弹簧（7）联接。
