茶叶圆筛机
技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶制造技术领域，尤其是一种对茶叶进行振动筛分的装置。
背景技术
平面圆筛机是茶叶精加工工序中的主要筛分设备之一，也是茶叶加工中不可替代的设备，使用该设备对形状各异的茶叶进行筛分，将长短相同的茶叶进行收集，从而得到各种不同规格的机口茶；目前现有技术的圆筛机其结构主要由机座、弹性支承及机体组成，机座为一圆筒，弹性支承为一组圆柱螺旋弹簧，置于机座的上端面沿圆周均匀分布，用来支承机体部分，机体由激振器、筛床、筛网、出茶口和密封罩等组成，激振器由一双轴电机及轴两端装的上下偏心块组成，偏心块的质量及偏心距均可调节，以获得所需的振动规律；这种圆筛机由于提供振动的动力来自激振器，再通过弹性支承部件对筛床进行往复振动，导致整个振动机构的可靠性较低，经常需要对振动机构的零部件进行维修更换，影响了圆筛机的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种茶叶圆筛机，这种茶叶圆筛机可以解决现有技术中茶叶圆筛机振动机构可靠性低、零部件经常需要维修从而影响圆筛机工作效率的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种茶叶圆筛机，包括长方体形状的筛床、设置在所述筛床内的筛网、设置在所述筛床外侧的进茶口和出茶口，靠近所述筛床下方的四个角部设置有轴承座和轴承；所述筛床的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架，所述振动架的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴，所述偏心轴通过轴承座和轴承固定在所述振动架内，并与所述筛床的轴承座和轴承配合，所述偏心轴至少有一根为驱动轴，所述驱动轴由电机驱动。。
根据以上技术方案，进一步的方案是：所述驱动轴与所述电机之间通过一个过渡轴连接，所述电机与所述过渡轴，所述过渡轴与所述驱动轴通过皮带连接。
进一步的方案是：所述筛网倾斜地布置在所述筛床内，所述筛网面与水平面的夹角为5°~8°，所述筛网由上至下分为三级，第一级筛网的网孔为5目，第二级筛网的网孔为14目，第三级筛网的网孔为24目；所述每一级筛网的最低处设有出茶口。
进一步的方案是：所述第三级筛网下方设有接茶板，所述接茶板的最低处设有出茶口。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、圆筛机整个机构的可靠性大大提高，圆筛机维修次数降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
图1~图3所示的茶叶圆筛机，包括长方体形状的筛床6、设置在筛床6的第一级筛网3，第二级筛网4，第三级筛网5，设置在第一级筛网3上部的进茶口1，以及各级筛网最低处的第一级筛网出茶口7、第二级筛网出茶口2、第三级筛网出茶口8；靠近筛床6下方的四个角部设置有轴承座18、19、20、21和装在上述轴承座内的轴承；筛床6的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架12，振动架12底面的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴13，22，24，23，偏心轴13，22，24，23通过轴承座和轴承固定在振动架12内，并装在筛床6的轴承座和轴承内，偏心轴13为驱动轴，偏心轴13由电机11通过皮带轮25，17，16，15和皮带10，9驱动。
第一级筛网3、第二级筛网4、第三级筛网5倾斜地布置在筛床6内，第一级筛网3、第二级筛网4、第三级筛网5与水平面的夹角为5°~8°，第一级筛网3的网孔为5目，第二级筛网4的网孔为14目，第三级筛网5的网孔为24目；第一级筛网出茶口7设置在第一级筛网3的最低端，第二级筛网出茶口2设置在第二级筛网4的最低端，第三级筛网出茶口8设置在第三级筛网5的最低端。
驱动轴13与电机11之间通过一个过渡轴14连接，电机11输出轴有皮带轮25，过渡轴14上有皮带轮17，皮带轮25与皮带轮17通过皮带10连接，过渡轴14的皮带轮17的下方设置有皮带轮16，驱动轴13的下方设置有皮带轮15，皮带轮16和皮带轮15通过皮带9连接。
第三级筛网5的下方设有接茶板26，其最低处设有出茶口27。

1.一种茶叶圆筛机，包括长方体形状的筛床、设置在所述筛床内的筛网、设置在所述筛床外侧的进茶口和出茶口，其特征在于：靠近所述筛床下方的四个角部设置有轴承座和轴承；所述筛床的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架，所述振动架的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴，所述偏心轴通过轴承座和轴承固定在所述振动架内，并与所述筛床的轴承座和轴承配合，所述偏心轴至少有一根为驱动轴，所述驱动轴由电机驱动；所述驱动轴与所述电机之间通过一个过渡轴连接，所述电机与所述过渡轴，所述过渡轴与所述驱动轴通过皮带连接；所述筛网倾斜地布置在所述筛床内，所述筛网面与水平面的夹角为5°~8°，所述筛网由上至下分为三级，第一级筛网的网孔为5目，第二级筛网的网孔为14目，第三级筛网的网孔为24目；所述每一级筛网的最低处设有出茶口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶圆筛机，其特征在于：所述第三级筛网下方设有接茶板，所述接茶板的最低处设有出茶口。
