本发明公开了一种茶叶圆筛机,包括长方体形状的筛床、设置在所述筛床内的筛网、设置在所述筛床外的进茶口和出茶口,靠近所述筛床下方的四个角部设置有轴承座和轴承;所述筛床的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架,所述振动架的四个角部设置有垂直的偏心轴,所述偏心轴通过轴承座和轴承固定在所述振动架内,并与所述筛床的轴承座和轴承配合,所述偏心轴至少有一根为驱动轴,所述驱动轴由电机驱动;本发明可以解决现有技术圆筛机可靠性差、需经常维修的问题。

茶叶圆筛机
技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶制造技术领域,尤其是一种对茶叶进行振动筛分的装置。
背景技术
平面圆筛机是茶叶精加工工序中的主要筛分设备之一,也是茶叶加工中不可替代的设备,使用该设备对形状各异的茶叶进行筛分,将长短相同的茶叶进行收集,从而得到各种不同规格的机口茶;目前现有技术的圆筛机其结构主要由机座、弹性支承及机体组成,机座为一圆筒,弹性支承为一组圆柱螺旋弹簧,置于机座的上端面沿圆周均匀分布,用来支承机体部分,机体由激振器、筛床、筛网、出茶口和密封罩等组成,激振器由一双轴电机及轴两端装的上下偏心块组成,偏心块的质量及偏心距均可调节,以获得所需的振动规律;这种圆筛机由于提供振动的动力来自激振器,再通过弹性支承部件对筛床进行往复振动,导致整个振动机构的可靠性较低,经常需要对振动机构的零部件进行维修更换,影响了圆筛机的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种茶叶圆筛机,这种茶叶圆筛机可以解决现有技术中茶叶圆筛机振动机构可靠性低、零部件经常需要维修从而影响圆筛机工作效率的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种茶叶圆筛机,包括长方体形状的筛床、设置在所述筛床内的筛网、设置在所述筛床外侧的进茶口和出茶口,靠近所述筛床下方的四个角部设置有轴承座和轴承;所述筛床的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架,所述振动架的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴,所述偏心轴通过轴承座和轴承固定在所述振动架内,并与所述筛床的轴承座和轴承配合,所述偏心轴至少有一根为驱动轴,所述驱动轴由电机驱动。。
根据以上技术方案,进一步的方案是:所述驱动轴与所述电机之间通过一个过渡轴连接,所述电机与所述过渡轴,所述过渡轴与所述驱动轴通过皮带连接。
进一步的方案是:所述筛网倾斜地布置在所述筛床内,所述筛网面与水平面的夹角为5°~8°,所述筛网由上至下分为三级,第一级筛网的网孔为5目,第二级筛网的网孔为14目,第三级筛网的网孔为24目;所述每一级筛网的最低处设有出茶口。
进一步的方案是:所述第三级筛网下方设有接茶板,所述接茶板的最低处设有出茶口。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、圆筛机整个机构的可靠性大大提高,圆筛机维修次数降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1~图3所示的茶叶圆筛机,包括长方体形状的筛床6、设置在筛床6的第一级筛网3,第二级筛网4,第三级筛网5,设置在第一级筛网3上部的进茶口1,以及各级筛网最低处的第一级筛网出茶口7、第二级筛网出茶口2、第三级筛网出茶口8;靠近筛床6下方的四个角部设置有轴承座18、19、20、21和装在上述轴承座内的轴承;筛床6的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架12,振动架12底面的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴13,22,24,23,偏心轴13,22,24,23通过轴承座和轴承固定在振动架12内,并装在筛床6的轴承座和轴承内,偏心轴13为驱动轴,偏心轴13由电机11通过皮带轮25,17,16,15和皮带10,9驱动。
第一级筛网3、第二级筛网4、第三级筛网5倾斜地布置在筛床6内,第一级筛网3、第二级筛网4、第三级筛网5与水平面的夹角为5°~8°,第一级筛网3的网孔为5目,第二级筛网4的网孔为14目,第三级筛网5的网孔为24目;第一级筛网出茶口7设置在第一级筛网3的最低端,第二级筛网出茶口2设置在第二级筛网4的最低端,第三级筛网出茶口8设置在第三级筛网5的最低端。
驱动轴13与电机11之间通过一个过渡轴14连接,电机11输出轴有皮带轮25,过渡轴14上有皮带轮17,皮带轮25与皮带轮17通过皮带10连接,过渡轴14的皮带轮17的下方设置有皮带轮16,驱动轴13的下方设置有皮带轮15,皮带轮16和皮带轮15通过皮带9连接。
第三级筛网5的下方设有接茶板26,其最低处设有出茶口27。

1.一种茶叶圆筛机,包括长方体形状的筛床、设置在所述筛床内的筛网、设置在所述筛床外侧的进茶口和出茶口,其特征在于:靠近所述筛床下方的四个角部设置有轴承座和轴承;所述筛床的下方设置有一个长方体框架形状的振动架,所述振动架的四个角部设置有四根垂直的偏心轴,所述偏心轴通过轴承座和轴承固定在所述振动架内,并与所述筛床的轴承座和轴承配合,所述偏心轴至少有一根为驱动轴,所述驱动轴由电机驱动;所述驱动轴与所述电机之间通过一个过渡轴连接,所述电机与所述过渡轴,所述过渡轴与所述驱动轴通过皮带连接;所述筛网倾斜地布置在所述筛床内,所述筛网面与水平面的夹角为5°~8°,所述筛网由上至下分为三级,第一级筛网的网孔为5目,第二级筛网的网孔为14目,第三级筛网的网孔为24目;所述每一级筛网的最低处设有出茶口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶圆筛机,其特征在于:所述第三级筛网下方设有接茶板,所述接茶板的最低处设有出茶口。
