本实用新型公开了一种不需大量成型模块,控制极为方便,且能节约大量生产成本的双壁塑料管的成型装置,包括内管芯模体,设置在内管芯模体外面的内管口模体,设置在内管芯模体一侧的水套,设置在水套外面的定径套,设置在定径套一侧端的链轮,设置在链轮侧面的筋料机头芯,设置在筋料机头芯内侧且与定径套外表面相对应的小筋料机头,筋料机头芯通过轴承设置在筋料机头壳的内侧,在定径套的另一侧设置有外管芯模体,外管芯模体的外面设置有外管口模体。本实用新型的优点是:该装置结构简单,制造方便,设备的生产成本较低;用于生产双壁管材时,可确保产品质量,并能降低能耗。

本实用新型属于塑料机械的技术领域,涉及一种用于加工双壁塑料管的成型机械。
背景技术
目前,在各种结构的管材中,双层壁的塑料管因能显著节省原料而得到广泛应用,但不管哪一种结构的双壁管成型都需要大量模块,因此,导致双壁塑料管的成型设备结构十分庞大,机械控制麻烦,而且在生产过程中,该装置能耗大、成型速度慢,从而严重影响双壁塑料管的推广使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不需大量成型模块,控制极为方便,且能节约大量生产成本的双壁塑料管的成型装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的,一种双壁塑料管的成型装置,包括内管芯模体,设置在内管芯模体外面的内管口模体,设置在内管芯模体一侧的水套,设置在水套外面的定径套,设置在定径套一侧端的链轮,设置在链轮侧面的筋料机头芯,设置在筋料机头芯内侧且与定径套外表面相对应的小筋料机头,筋料机头芯通过轴承设置在筋料机头壳的内侧,在定径套的另一侧设置有外管芯模体,外管芯模体的外面设置有外管口模体。
本实用新型的优点是:该装置结构简单,制造方便,设备的生产成本较低;用于生产双壁管材时,可确保产品质量,并能降低能耗。

下面结合附图对本实用新型双壁塑料管的成型装置作进一步的详细描述:
如图1、2所示,一种双壁塑料管的成型装置,包括内管芯模体12,设置在内管芯模体12外面的内管口模体11,内管口模体11通过螺钉13固定设置在内管芯模体12上构成内管机头,内管机头用于管材内层18的成形,通过螺钉10固定设置在内管芯模体12一侧的水套17,水套17用于内层管材18的冷却,设置在水套17外面的定径套16,设置在定径套16一侧端的链轮9,设置在链轮9侧面的筋料机头芯4,设置在筋料机头芯4内侧且与定径套16外表面相对应的小筋料机头7,小筋料机头7通过螺钉8固定设置在筋料机头芯4的内壁上,筋料机头芯4通过轴承5设置在筋料机头壳6的内壁上,在定径套16的另一侧设置有外管芯模体2,外管芯模体2的外面设置有外管口模体1,外管口模体1通过螺钉3固定设置在外管芯模体2上构成外管机头,外管机头用于管材外层20的成形,链轮9可通过链条与小链轮15驱动联接,小链轮15安装在电机14的变速装置上。
该双壁塑料管的成型装置的工作过程如下:内管芯模体12与内管口模体11间的熔体被挤出机挤出成为管材内层18,在水套17内冷却水的冷却下,由定径套16定型;电机14通过小链条15、链条和链轮9带动筋料机头芯4和小筋料机头7旋转,筋料机头芯4和筋料机头壳6内的熔体通过小筋料机头7挤出并缠绕于管材内层18上形成加强筋19;外管芯模体2和外管口模体1间的熔体被挤出并涂敷于加强筋19上形成管材外层20。双壁塑料管中间螺旋的加强筋19与内层管18和外层管20在熔体状态下焊合为一整体,从而保证了整根管材的联结强度;管材的挤出成型不再象双壁波纹管成型那样需要大量的成型模块,从而大大简化了管材成型装置和相关的控制系统,降低了设备成本和能耗。

1、一种双壁塑料管的成型装置,其特征在于:包括内管芯模体(12),设置在内管芯模体(12)外面的内管口模体(11),设置在内管芯模体(12)一侧的水套(17),设置在水套(17)外面的定径套(16),设置在定径套(16)一侧端的链轮(9),设置在链轮(9)侧面的筋料机头芯(4),设置在筋料机头芯(4)内侧且与定径套(16)外表面相对应的小筋料机头(7),筋料机头芯(4)通过轴承(5)设置在筋料机头壳(6)的内侧,在定径套(16)的另一侧设置有外管芯模体(2),外管芯模体(2)的外面设置有外管口模体(1)。
