技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种同轴射频电缆,特别涉及一种通讯用泡沫聚乙烯绝缘同轴射频电缆。
背景技术
由于射频频率下集肤效应,同轴射频电缆传输信号使用的为内导体的外表面和外导体的内表面,而由于电缆强度及加工工艺等限制,电缆的内外导体不能太薄,目前我国在移动通讯建设中所用的物理发泡绝缘射频电缆大部分为HCTAY-50-22(7/8″)电缆;在目前铜资源缺少、铜价很高的情况下电缆成本比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型为降低成本提供了一种新型的射频同轴电缆,改变了电缆的内导体材料,在保持电缆电气机械等性能指标的情况下,降低电缆成本及重量。
为达到上述目的采取的技术方案是:一种泡沫聚乙烯绝缘同轴射频电缆,包括内导体外依次设有发泡绝缘层、皱纹铜管外导体及护套,其特征在于:所述的内导体为铜包铝管。
本实用新型的特点是,由于电缆的内导体更改为铜包铝管,使电缆成本降低,重量减轻。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,泡沫聚乙烯绝缘同轴射频电缆,由铜包铝管内导体1外包敷一层发泡聚乙烯绝缘层2后包敷皱纹铜管外导体3,皱纹铜管外导体3外包敷护套4。

1、一种泡沫聚乙烯绝缘同轴射频电缆,包括内导体(1)外依次设有发泡绝缘层(2)、皱纹铜管外导体(3)及护套(4),其特征在于:所述的内导体(1)为铜包铝管。
