(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是涉及一种低损耗半柔性电缆。主要应用于各类无线电,微波通讯,微波测量设备移动通信设备中传输高频信号。
(二)背景技术
用于各类无线电,微波通讯,微波测量设备移动通信设备中传输高频信号的电缆,要求其安装加工性能好、柔韧性好、损耗小、衰减低,驻波小。在本实用新型作出以前,现有的半柔性电缆由于结构上的差异,其加工安装性能差,柔性差且损耗、衰减偏高,驻波偏大,不能满足上述设备的使用要求。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种加工安装性能好,柔性好且低损耗、衰减,小驻波的低损耗半柔性电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种低损耗半柔性电缆,其特征在于所述电缆由内至外依次由内导体芯线、绝缘层、外导体、护套外层组成;
所述内导体芯线采用单根镀银铜导线;
所述绝缘层采用低密度微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜均匀绕包而成;
所述外导体采用镀锡铜线编织后,浸锡而成;
所述护套外层采用聚乙烯挤塑而成。
所述绝缘层采用低密度微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜均匀绕包而成,其具有较低的传输损耗且温度相位的变化小等优越性。
本实用新型低损耗半柔性电缆选用这些材料和结构可以保证电缆具有柔性好且低损耗、衰减,小驻波的特点,较之同类型的半柔性电缆具有更大的优势。

参见图1,本实用新型涉及的低损耗半柔性电缆,由内至外依次由内导体芯线1、绝缘层2、外导体3、护套外层4复合而成。

所述绝缘层2采用低密度微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜绕包而成,要求绕包时节距均匀平整直径一致;
所述外导体3采用镀锡铜线编织,然后浸锡而成;
所述护套外层4采用聚乙烯挤塑而成。

所述绝缘层(2)采用低密度微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜均匀绕包而成;
所述外导体(3)采用镀锡铜线编织后,浸锡而成;
所述护套外层(4)采用聚乙烯挤塑而成。
