本实用新型涉及通讯领域,尤其涉及一种射频同轴电缆。 
背景技术
在通信传输领域中,同轴电缆是一种非常重要的传输介质,目前已广泛使用在信号传输技术领域中。 
随着通信的日益发展,对同轴电缆的要求也越来越高,既要求其良好的传输性能和机械性能,如受力大、柔软性能好而且抗拉性能高,又要求结构简单、成本低廉。 
现有的同轴电缆,外导体材料为纯铜或纯铝材质,纯铜材质外导体同轴电缆传输性能较好,但成本较高;纯铝材质外导体同轴电缆成本较低,但传输性能不及铜外导体同轴电缆。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种射频同轴电缆,针对现有电缆结构设计上的不足,而设计一种结构稳定、具有良好的传输性能和机械性能并且较低成本的电缆。 
实现上述目的的方案是:一种同轴电缆,包括依次从内向外设置的内导体(1)、绝缘层(2)、外导体(3)、外护套(4),内导体沿电缆的纵向轴线延伸,绝缘材料将内、外导体隔开,其特征在于:所述外导体(3)为镀铜铝带。 
一种如权利要求1所述的新型的镀铜铝带外导体射频同轴电缆,其特征在于:其外导体(3)采用环形纹或螺旋纹轧纹结构。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型同轴电缆的结构图,它包括依次从内向外设置的内导体(1)、绝缘层(2)、外导体(3)、外护套(4),内导体沿电缆的纵向轴线延伸,绝缘材料将内、外导体隔开。外导体为镀铜铝带,它是一种在铝带表面镀铜的金属导体。 
以镀铜铝带为外导体,即兼顾了铜导电性好等诸多优点,又兼顾了铝密度小、高致密性、高伸展性等优点,使其较之纯铝带具有明显的传输性能优势;又比纯铜带降低了生产成本,节约了材料。

1.一种新型的镀铜铝带外导体射频同轴电缆。它包括依次从内向外设置的内导体(1)、绝缘层(2)、外导体(3)、外护套(4),内导体沿电缆的纵向轴线延伸,绝缘材料将内、外导体隔开,其特征在于:所述外导体(3)为镀铜铝带。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的新型的镀铜铝带外导体射频同轴电缆,其特征在于:其外导体(3)采用环形纹或螺旋纹轧纹结构。
