本实用新型专利涉及一种高屏蔽性能半刚射频电缆,广泛使用在微波、射频设备和采用类似技术的高频、超高频电子装置中。
背景技术
目前在普遍使用的射频同轴电缆频率较低,且屏蔽性能不是很好。同时对于绝缘外径小于3mm的电缆外导体又不能进行焊接铜管。
发明内容
鉴于现有射频电缆存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种高屏蔽性能半刚射频电缆。
本实用新型为实现上述目的。所采取的技术方案是:一种高屏蔽性能半刚射频电缆,其特征在于:包括在镀银铜合金内导体外依次设有一层聚四氟乙烯绝缘层、铜管外导体构成。 
本实用新型的特点是:具有较高的屏蔽性能和使用频率。

具体实施方式
   如图1  所示,一种高屏蔽性能半刚射频电缆,包括在镀银铜合金内导体1外依次设有一层聚四氟乙烯绝缘层2、铜管外导体3构成的同轴电缆;即在绝缘层外2,首先穿过一根铜管外导体3,然后经过拉拔,使铜管外导体3紧紧包覆在绝缘层2外,构成了同轴电缆。
