Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种浸出槽的搅拌装置。该高效节能浸出槽的搅拌装置的主轴上装有上下两个叶轮,每个叶轮上均匀安装有叶片,叶片下面装有圆环,其中下叶轮的圆环上挂有多条铁链。本实用新型工作时能使矿浆呈“ω”型和圆周对流运动,流体上下周向流动,呈剪切对流循环,料浆弥散均匀。具有能耗低、弥散均匀、搅拌强烈、使矿浆松动迅速、搅拌轮使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种浸出槽的搅拌装置。
背景技术
浸出槽广泛用于黄金矿山生产中氰化物的浸出搅拌,也可用于其它细粒级矿物与药剂的搅拌。目前,我国使用浸出槽进行浸出的作业中,存在二个主要问题是:(1)、搅拌器的搅拌量不能够均匀的扩散,使矿浆与药剂不能均匀混合,达不到充分反应的目的,既浪费能量,又浪费药剂,同时还造成有用矿物的流失。(2)、在浸出的作业中,由于事故或其它等原因造成停车时间太长,矿浆会发生沉积现象,这样叶轮很容易被沉积的矿物压死,当搅拌器再启动时就很困难,常常造成电机被烧坏的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需解决的技术问题是:针对传统浸出槽存在的搅拌不均匀,矿浆沉积的问题,而提供一种高效节能浸出槽的搅拌装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案:该高效节能浸出槽的搅拌装置的主轴上装有上下两个叶轮,每个叶轮上均匀安装有叶片,叶片下面装有圆环,其中下叶轮的圆环上挂有多条铁链。
本实用新型的有益效果:具有上述结构的搅拌装置,具有能耗低、搅拌均匀、使矿浆松动迅速的特点。

具体实施方式
参见图1及图2,该搅拌装置的主轴6上装有上下两个叶轮,分别为下叶轮1及上叶轮2,每个叶轮上均匀安装有3个叶片4,叶片4为扇形,与轴成45度安装。叶片4下面装有圆环5,其中下叶轮1的圆环5上挂有铁链3,铁链3有多条。本实用新型的工作原理:电动机通过减速机和主传动轴带动搅拌器旋转,矿浆从筒体中部的倾斜管给入,从上部的溢流管流出,同时在槽体内壁四周进行冲气,使药剂与矿浆进行充分反应。本实用新型工作时能使矿浆呈″ω″型和圆周对流运动,流体上下周向流动,呈剪切对流循环,料浆弥散均匀。具有能耗低、弥散均匀、搅拌强烈、搅拌轮使用寿命长的特点,即使在叶轮转速很低的情况下,也能使搅拌的能量均匀的扩散,从而减少矿浆对叶片的磨损。当由于某种原因使得停车时间过长时,矿浆就会压死叶轮,此时启动设备,带有铁链的叶轮随着叶轮的旋转,铁链在离心力的作用下慢慢向外伸展,这样就可以迅速把叶轮四周的矿浆松动,从而降低叶轮在启动是运转的阻力,保护电机正常运转。现场运行表明,本实用新型节能明显,能耗较老式搅拌槽可降低20%~40%,油药用量可减少20%左右,在系统停车后不需卸矿就可直接带矿启动,是取代常规搅拌槽、浸出槽搅拌器的理想设备。

1、一种高效节能浸出槽的搅拌装置,其特征是该搅拌装置的主轴上装有上下两个叶轮,每个叶轮上均匀安装有叶片,叶片下面装有圆环,其中下叶轮的圆环上挂有多条铁链。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种高效节能浸出槽的搅拌装置,其特征是每个叶轮上均匀安装有3个叶片,叶片为扇形,与轴成45度安装。
