二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃气灶具,具体是一种以二甲醚为燃料的专用燃烧器。
背景技术
近几年国务院及发改委大力开发、推广二甲醚燃气,但几年来大量生产的二甲醚只能混入石油液化气20%进行燃烧,鉴于国际石油市场不稳定及大量的石油燃化气的进口,国家要求百分之百应用二甲醚作为燃气,以缓解大量进口石油气并促进改善我国油少煤多的局面。我国很多开发的中小城市没有燃气的配用,而大规模的二甲醚生产处于滞销趋向。现有的燃气灶具的燃烧器以液化石油气为燃料,液化石油气的价格与二甲醚相比相对较高。而由于二甲醚与液化石油气的成分和性质的不同,主要是液化石油气的主要成分丙烷不含氧分子,而二甲醚含有35个氧原子,二者燃烧时的需氧量不同。所以以天然气或液化石油气为燃料的灶具不能以二甲醚为燃料,需要对现有灶具的燃烧器进行改进以满足以二甲醚为燃料的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器,以满足用二甲醚为燃料的需求,解决燃料成本较高的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括凹形的圆盘外壳,在该外壳的凹口内设有直径较小的小火隔离环,在所述的外壳的上端口上装有火头面板,在所述的外壳的下部或底部设有大火进气口和小火进气口,该大火进气口和小火进气口分别与该外壳内的小火隔离环的外部和内部相通,其特征在于:在所述的火头面板上布满孔径为0.1~0.5mm的出气孔,该出气孔所占面积为火头面板面积的50%~60%。
所述的火头面板的直径为135mm,厚度为10~18mm;所述的火头面板上的出气孔为正六棱孔,该出气孔的数目为12000~13000个,其中小火隔离环区域内的出气孔占总出气孔的10%~15%。
所述的火头面板的上面凹进所述的外壳外沿的顶端,并在该火头面板的上面设有多条同心的环形槽。
所述环形槽的宽度为4~6mm,间距为11~13mm,深度为3~5mm。
本实用新型的优点是:燃烧充分,热值高于普通石油液化气,传热快,热钝性小,节能效率高,一氧化碳和氮氧化合物的排放量为所有燃烧器最低。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图3,本实用新型包括凹形的圆盘外壳1,在该外壳1的凹口内设有直径较小的小火隔离环7,该小火隔离环7的内部区域为小火头区域,该小火隔离环7的外部区域为大火头区域8。在所述的外壳1的上端口上装有火头面板4,在所述的外壳1的下部或底部设有大火进气口2和小火进气口3,该大火进气口2与该外壳1内的小火隔离环7外部的大火头区域8相通;该小火进气口3与小火隔离环7内部相通。在所述的火头面板4上布满孔径为0.1~0.5mm的出气孔6,该出气孔6所占面积为火头面板4面积的50%~60%,根据所需火力的大小选择。
所述的火头面板4的直径为135毫米,厚度为13~14毫米,该尺寸与现有的液化气灶具的燃烧器一致,以便方便更换。所述的火头面板4上的出气孔为正六棱孔,数目为12000~13000个,其中小火隔离环7区域内的出气孔占总出气孔的10%~15%,通过控制大火进气口2和小火进气口3的二甲醚的流量可以方便地控制火力的大小。
还可使所述的火头面板4的上表面凹进所述的外壳1外沿的顶端凸出德边缘有利于火头德集中。在该火头面板2的上表面设有多条同心的环形槽5,其作用是防止在温度剧变(如溅上水)造成火头面板2的炸裂。
所述环形槽5的宽度为4~6mm,间距为11~13mm,深度为3~5mm。

1、一种二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器,包括凹形的圆盘外壳,在该外壳的凹口内设有直径较小的小火隔离环,在所述的外壳的上端口上装有火头面板,在所述的外壳的下部或底部设有大火进气口和小火进气口,该大火进气口和小火进气口分别与该外壳内的小火隔离环的外部和内部相通,其特征在于:在所述的火头面板上布满孔径为0.1~0.5mm的出气孔,该出气孔所占面积为火头面板面积的50%~60%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的火头面板的直径为135mm,厚度为10~18mm;所述的火头面板上的出气孔为正六棱孔,该出气孔的数目为12000~13000个,其中小火隔离环区域内的出气孔占总出气孔的10%~15%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的火头面板的上面凹进所述的外壳外沿的顶端,并在该火头面板的上面设有多条同心的环形槽。
4、根据权利要求3所述的二甲醚环保节能专用燃烧器,其特征在于:所述环形槽的宽度为4~6mm,间距为11~13mm,深度为3~5mm。
