背景技术
矿用自卸车用于矿山、工地等高密度、高黏度大件货物的中短途普通路面运输。对于大石块等粒度较大货物采用矿用铲斗车箱,为了避免在上坡时货物自行滚落,车厢后端有一定的上翘,车厢底板纵梁后端相应弯曲一定角度。通常弯曲纵梁采用两段直梁拼接在一起,并采用搭接钢板等方式对接缝处进行加强,此类结构加工复杂,具有较高的制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构,其特征为:它是由底板横梁、铰链轴套支架和折弯纵梁组成,底板横梁插入铰链轴套支架和折弯纵梁的缺口与底板焊接成一体,铰链轴套支架与车厢主体连接牢固。
本实用新型的举升铰链轴套支架与车厢主体连接牢固,同时纵梁折弯部位得到了加强。本结构加工简单,利用较少的材料获得了较高的整体强度。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方案。
矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构,其特征为:它是由底板横梁、铰链轴套支架2和折弯纵梁3组成,底板横梁1插入铰链轴套支架2和折弯纵梁3的缺口与底板焊接成一体,铰链轴套支架与车厢主体连接牢固。
如图3所示,将U形槽钢在翼面开V形缺口6后,对此处幅面进行折弯,焊接翼面接缝5,从而形成折弯纵梁3;图2中,将钢板弯曲成形得到轴套支架2,并加焊钢板形成封闭“盒”状结构,钢板开有焊接固定铰链轴套的孔4;图1中,底板横梁1插入支架2和纵梁3的缺口与底板焊接成一体,铰链轴套支架与车厢主体连接牢固的同时,折弯纵梁翼面接缝也得到了有效保护避免开焊。

1、矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构,其特征为:它是由底板横梁(1)、铰链轴套支架(2)和折弯纵梁(3)组成,底板横梁(1)插入铰链轴套支架(2)和折弯纵梁(3)的缺口与底板焊接成一体,铰链轴套支架(2)与车厢主体连接牢固。
2、根据权利要求1所述的矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构,其特征为:所述的折弯纵梁(3)由U形槽钢在翼面开V形缺口(6),对此处幅面折弯,V形缺口(6)两翼面接缝(5)焊接在一起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的矿用自卸车折弯纵梁结构,其特征为:所述的铰链轴套支架(2)为弯曲钢板并加焊钢板形成封闭“盒”状结构。
