Abstract
一种带有活动伸缩压板的垃圾真空压缩箱,其特征是:在垃圾真空压缩箱箱体的至少一侧设有可深入箱内的活动伸缩压板4(15),它与箱体之间用密封件活动密封相连,通过抽掉箱内空气,利用大气对箱内垃圾进行加压。

本实用新型所涉及的是一种垃圾压縮箱,特别是带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱。 背景技术
目前,城市垃圾的处理流程是:由城市垃圾收集车将收集来的垃圾运到各自区域的垃圾 中转站,经垃圾压缩设备压缩成型后运往垃圾处理场。存在的问题是:a、由于城市垃圾收集 车自身没有很强的垃圾压縮功能,垃圾的装载量较少;b、需要在城市许多区域设立垃圾中转 站,不仅加大了垃圾处理成本,而且会产生二次飞尘污染;C、所使用垃圾压縮设备多为液压 设备,投资较高、安装麻烦(需要牢固笨重的基础)、需要经常维护保养。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压缩箱(以下简 称:垃圾真空压縮箱),解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是-
1、 在垃圾真空压縮箱箱体的至少一侧设有可深入箱内的活动伸缩压板4 (15),它与箱 体之间用密封件活动密封相连,通过抽掉箱内空气,利用大气对箱内垃圾进行加压。
2、 上述密封件有两种结构, 一种是镶在活动伸縮压板15边缘的传统密封圈16 (如同镶 在液压缸或气缸活塞边缘的各种传统密封圈;另一种是可伸縮的筒状密封件3,它的一端与 活动伸縮压板4的边缘密封连接,另一端与垃圾箱体一侧的边缘密封连接。
3、 垃圾真空压縮箱箱体的各个侧面,可分为固定密封面和活动密封面(即开口的箱盖一 面),根据不同的使用情况,上述活动伸縮压板4,即可安装在固定密封面上,也可安装在活 动密封面(即箱盖上)。
4、 在垃圾真空压縮箱箱体底部设置液体槽,将垃圾被压縮出的液体收集起来并通过阔门 排掉。
5、 上述活动伸縮压板4深入箱内的运动动力可来自自重或外界大气压力;其返程动力可
来自电机通过绳索的牵引或向箱内充气的气压。
6、 上述可伸縮的筒状密封件3可用金属、塑料或橡胶材料制作。
7、 这种垃圾真空压縮箱的形状可以是圆柱体、正方体、长方体、椭圆柱等。
8、 为防止永久变形,这种垃圾真空压缩箱的活动伸缩压板4和箱体的各侧板可用弹性变 形材料(如具有所需强度的橡胶板)制作。
9、 可将这种垃圾真空压縮箱以及相匹配的真空泵、真空罐等安装在垃圾收集车上,组成 垃圾真空压縮运输车,对垃圾边收集边压縮,并将压縮后的垃圾直接运往垃圾处理场;可将 这种垃圾真空压縮箱以及相匹配的真空泵、真空罐等安装在垃圾中转站使用。
这种垃圾真空压縮箱的优点在于:结构简单、制作成本低、重量轻、便于广泛普及使用。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
在图1至图4中,在9的作用下开启密封箱盖8,将收集来的垃圾送入垃圾箱内用工具 铺平,通过旋转绕线轴6将活动伸縮压板4压放在垃圾层上,然后关闭密封箱盖8并抽真空 加压;加压后开启密封箱盖8,通过旋转绕线轴6将活动伸縮压板4升至箱口,再将收集来 的垃圾送入垃圾箱内用工具铺平,通过旋转绕线轴6将活动伸縮压板4压放在垃圾层上,然 后关闭密封箱盖8并抽真空加压。以此反复循环,便可将垃圾一层层地压实在垃圾箱中,并
可通过预埋在垃圾块中绳索(图中未画出)将压实的垃圾快从垃圾箱中抽出来。
图4至图11中所描述的圆桶状垃圾真空压縮箱的工作原理与过程和图1至图4中所描述
的长方形垃圾真空压縮箱的工作原理与过程大同小异。
Claims (7)
1、一种带有活动伸缩压板的垃圾真空压缩箱,其特征是:在垃圾真空压缩箱箱体的至少一侧设有可深入箱内的活动伸缩压板(4、15),它与箱体之间用密封件活动密封相连,通过抽掉箱内空气,利用大气对箱内垃圾进行加压。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:所述 密封件为一种镶在活动伸縮压板(15)边缘的传统密封圈(16),
3、 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有活动伸缩压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:所述 密封件为可伸縮的筒状密封件(3),它的一端与活动伸縮压板(4)的边缘密封连接,另一端与垃圾箱体一侧的边缘密封连接。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:上述活动伸縮压板(4)安装在固定密封面上,也可安装在活动密封面即箱盖上。
5、 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:上述 活动伸縮压板(4)安装在活动密封面上。
6、 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:这种 垃圾真空压縮箱的活动伸縮压板(4)和箱体的各侧板用弹性变形材料制作。
7、 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有活动伸縮压板的垃圾真空压縮箱,其特征是:将这种垃圾真空压缩箱以及相匹配的真空泵、真空罐等安装在垃圾收集车上,组成垃圾真空压縮 运输车。
