技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种枢纽器。
背景技术
枢纽器一般装设于翻盖装置的上盖及底座间,以使上盖相对开启及闭合于底座。一般来说,枢纽器包括一轴杆及一轴套,该轴杆及轴套分别与上盖及底座相固定,该轴套转动套设于该轴杆,使得上盖可相对于底座旋转。轴套与轴杆之间的摩擦力可使上盖随意定位于所需要的位置。一般在上盖相对于底座闭合时,使用者需要减缓上盖闭合的速度,以避免上盖与底座闭合过快而产生撞击。而开启该上盖时,使用者又需要加快开启速度,以尽快开启上盖来使用。然而,现有技术在上盖开启或闭合时均只能提供相同的摩擦力,故使用者在开启或闭合时均需要提供额外的力量来控制,从而为使用者带来不便。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一可开轻关重的枢纽器。
一种枢纽器,其包括一第一组件及一第二组件,所述第一组件包括一套筒,所述套筒的轴向成型有一收容孔,所述第二组件包括一套管,所述套管转动收容于所述收容孔,所述套管的侧壁向外凸设有一呈弧形的且可抵顶该套筒侧壁的凸棱,所述套筒的一端成型有一切口,当所述第一组件相对于所述第二组件枢转时,所述凸棱可沿该套筒的侧壁滑入或滑出所述切口,以减小或增加套筒与套管之间的摩擦力。
相较现有技术,本实用新型枢纽器在所述第一组件相对于所述第二组件的旋转过程中,所述凸棱可抵顶于所述收容孔的内壁使所述套管与所述套筒之间的摩擦力增大,所述凸棱可收容于所述切口以使所述套管与所述套筒之间的摩擦力减小,从而实现所述枢纽器的开轻关重。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本实用新型枢纽器的较佳实施方式包括一第一组件10及一第二组件30。
第一组件10包括一板状的外接部12及一自该外接部12的一端水平延伸的呈柱状的套筒14。
套筒14轴向成型有一收容孔140。套筒14的侧壁开设有一与收容孔140相通的定位孔142。套筒14侧壁的内侧于远离外接部12的一端附近处凹陷成型一环状的卡槽144。套筒14远离外接部12的一端成型有一弧形的切口146,该切口146的两端分别形成有一抵挡面148。
第二组件30包括一固定部32及一连接于固定部32的套管34。
套管34具有弹性,其侧壁沿轴向设一开口340,以使该套管34可沿其径向弹性变形。套管34的侧壁相对该开口340间隔设有两平行的方形通孔342。该套管34于该两通孔342之间凸设有一弹性定位部344。套管34的侧壁向外凸设一环形的卡环346。套管34靠近固定部32的一端于该开口340的一侧沿径向凸设一呈弧形的凸棱36,该凸棱36外端的壁面是一与套管34侧壁相连接的弧形的过渡斜面362,该凸棱36与该开口340相邻的壁面形成一止挡部348。
请参照图3,组装时,将第二组件30的套管34置入第一组件10的套筒14收容孔140中,套筒14的侧壁迫紧套管34的侧壁,而使套管34处于弹性压缩状态。套管34的卡环346卡合于套筒14的卡槽144,使该第二组件30不至于从该套筒14的收容孔140内脱出。第二组件30的定位部344及凸棱36抵顶套筒14的侧壁的内侧。该凸棱36的止挡部348可容置于该套筒14的切口146内。该第二组件30的固定部32固定于一翻盖装置(图未示)的底座,该第一组件10的外接部12固定于该翻盖装置的上盖(图未示)。
当翻盖装置处于闭合状态时,该套管34的凸棱36抵顶该套筒14的侧壁的内侧使该套管34具有最大的弹性变形量。当打开该翻盖装置的上盖时,该第一组件10随该上盖枢转,套管34的凸棱36沿该套筒14的侧壁逐渐滑入其切口146,由于该凸棱36呈弧形,在此过程中,该套管34的弹性变形量逐渐减小,该套管34与该套筒14之间的摩擦力也相应逐渐减小,使开启过程越来越轻便。当该止挡部348抵挡于与其相对的第一组件10的一抵挡面148时,第一组件10无法继续转动,从而限制了该翻盖装置的上盖与底座的相对旋转角度,同时,定位部344卡合于第一组件10的定位孔142,此时使用者可以感觉到明显的定位手感。
当闭合该翻盖装置的上盖时,该第一组件10随该上盖枢转,套管34的凸棱36沿该套筒14的侧壁逐渐滑出套筒14的切口146。在此过程中,由于该凸棱36呈弧形,该套管34的弹性变形量逐渐增大,该套管34与该套筒14之间的摩擦力也相应逐渐增大,使闭合过程越来越沉重,以避免上盖与底座之间发生碰撞。

  1. 【权利要求1】一种枢纽器,其包括一第一组件及一第二组件,所述第一组件包括一套筒,所述套筒的轴向成型有一收容孔,所述第二组件包括一套管,所述套管转动收容于所述收容孔,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁向外凸设有一呈弧形的且可抵顶该套筒侧壁的凸棱,所述套筒的一端成型有一切口,当所述第一组件相对于所述第二组件枢转时,所述凸棱可沿该套筒的侧壁滑入或滑出所述切口,以减小或增加套筒与套管之间的摩擦力。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述凸棱包括一与所述套管的侧壁相连接的过渡斜面。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的侧壁的内侧壁内凹成型有一环形卡槽,所述套管的侧壁向外凸设有一环形的卡环,所述卡环卡合于所述卡槽。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁沿轴向设有一开口,以使所述套管可沿其径向弹性变形,所述套管径向受挤压地收容于所述套筒的收容孔中。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的侧壁开设有一定位孔,所述套管的侧壁对应凸设有一定位部,所述定位部可卡合于所述定位孔。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求5所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述定位部是自所述套管的侧壁向外凸伸形成的,所述套管的侧壁于该定位部的两侧分别设有一方形通孔。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁沿轴向设有一开口,所述凸棱位于所述开口的一侧。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁沿轴向设有一开口,所述凸棱于邻近该开口处形成有一止挡部,所述切口的一端形成有一抵挡面,所述止挡部可止挡于所述抵挡面。
