技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种枢纽器。
背景技术
枢纽器一般装设于翻盖装置的上盖及底座间,以使上盖相对开启及闭合于底座。一般来说,枢纽器包括一轴杆及一轴套,该轴杆及轴套分别与上盖及底座相固定,该轴杆套设于该轴套,使得上盖可相对于底座旋转。轴套与轴杆之间的摩擦力可使上盖随意定位于所需要的位置。然而,在使用者操作该上盖相对于底座旋转到需定位的位置时,缺乏明显的定位手感。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种在开启过程有定位手感的枢纽器。
一种枢纽器,其包括一第一组件及一第二组件,所述第一组件包括一套筒,所述套筒的轴向成型有一收容孔,所述第二组件包括一套管,所述套管转动收容于所述收容孔,所述套筒的侧壁沿其径向开设有至一定位孔,所述套管的侧壁沿其径向对应凸设有至少一定位部,所述定位部可卡合于所述定位孔。
相较现有技术,本实用新型在枢纽器枢转定位时利用所述定位部卡合于所述定位孔来使使用者感到明显的定位手感。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本实用新型枢纽器的较佳实施方式包括一第一组件10及一第二组件30。
第一组件10包括一板状的外接部12及一自该外接部12的一端水平延伸的柱状套筒14。外接部12可外接并固定于一翻盖装置的上盖或底座。
套筒14轴向成型有一收容孔140。套筒14的侧壁开设有一与收容孔140相通的定位孔142。套筒14侧壁的内壁面于远离外接部12的一端处凹陷成型一环状的卡槽144。套筒14远离外接部12的一端成型有一弧形切口146,从而于该切口146的一端形成有一抵挡面148。
第二组件30包括一固定部32及一连接于固定部32的套管34。固定部32可外接并固定于该翻盖装置的底座或上盖。
套管34的侧壁沿轴向设一开口340,以使该套管34可沿其径向弹性变形。套管34的侧壁相对该开口340间隔设有两平行的方形通孔342,该两通孔342之间形成一外突的弹性定位部344。套管34的侧壁于靠近固定部32的一端处向外凸设一环形的卡环346。套管34靠近卡环346的一端,于开口340的一侧凸设一有弧形过渡面的止挡块348。
请参照图3,组装时,挤压第二组件30的套管34使其变形,并将套管34置入第一组件10的套筒14收容孔140,套筒14的侧壁迫紧套管34的侧壁,而使套管34处于弹性压缩状态。套管34的卡环346卡合于套筒14的卡槽144,而使该第二组件30不至于从该套筒14的收容孔140内脱出。第二组件30的定位部344抵顶于套筒14的侧壁的内侧。
请同时参照图3和图4,当第一组件10相对第二组件30旋转时,第二组件30的套管34于第一组件10的收容孔140内转动。由于套管34变形产生的径向回复力增大了套管34与套筒14间的摩擦力,从而使第二组件30可相对于第一组件10定位于任意的位置。第二组件30的止挡部348抵挡于第一组件10的抵挡面148时,第一组件10无法继续转动,从而限制了该翻盖装置的上盖与底座的相对旋转角度。
在将第二组件30转动到所需的位置时,定位部344可卡合于第一组件10的定位孔142,此时使用者可以感觉到明显的定位手感。显而易见,第一组件10的套筒14沿其径向上可以设置多个定位孔142,第二组件30的套管34沿其径向也可对应设置多个定位部344以于不同转动角度卡固于定位孔142,以使使用者在不同角度定位翻盖装置的上盖时均感觉到明显的定位手感。

Claims (6)

1.一种枢纽器,其包括一第一组件及一第二组件,所述第一组件包括一套筒,所述套筒的轴向成型有一收容孔,所述第二组件包括一套管,所述套管转动收容于所述收容孔,其特征在于:所述套筒的侧壁沿其径向开设有至一定位孔,所述套管的侧壁沿其径向对应凸设有至少一定位部,所述定位部可卡合于所述定位孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的侧壁的内壁面内凹成型有一环形卡槽,所述套管的侧壁向外凸设有一环形的卡环,所述卡环卡合于所述卡槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁沿轴向设一开口,以使所述套管可沿其径向弹性变形,所述套管径向受挤压地收容于套筒的收容孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套筒的一端成型有一切口,所述切口的一端形成有一抵挡面,所述套管的侧壁凸设有一止挡块,所述止挡块可止挡于所述抵挡面。
5.如权利要求4所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述套管的侧壁沿轴向设有一开口,所述止挡块位于所述开口的一侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的枢纽器,其特征在于:所述定位部是自所述套管的侧壁向外凸伸形成的,并具有弹性,所述套管的侧壁于该定位部的两侧分别设有一方形通孔。
