本实用新型属于采暖炉具,尤其是具有余热回收功能的民用采暖炉,属于炉具余热回收装置技术领域。
背景技术
现有的民用采暖炉,炉膛多直接与烟道相通,且换热器多为水套或盘管结构,水套环绕燃烧室,因此采暖炉烟道行程短,烟气出口温度高,白白的把热量排放到大气中,即污染了空气也浪费了资源。因此,需要对现有采暖炉技术进行改进。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题,提出一种高效余热回收采暖炉,该采暖炉余热回收充分,煤炭利用率高,节省能源,减少环境污染。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:高效余热回收采暖炉,设有采暖炉体、烟筒,采暖炉体内设有炉膛和水套,其特征在于:所述烟筒内设有余热收集器,该余热收集器设有一个水箱,水箱上设有通向烟筒外的进水道和出水管,水箱内设有相互交插的过烟管,该过烟管两端口的管壁与所述水箱的上、下箱壁密封连接,管腔与烟筒内烟道连通。
本实用新型具有受热面积大、吸热能力高、能延长高温烟火排放行程,充分利用烟气的热量,减少高温黑烟及有害烟气的排放,能大大节省煤炭,有利于环保的优点。

本实施例经试用效果非常好,比一般炉具节约煤75%左右,排出白烟,环保效果特别好。
