本实用新型涉及手持钉钉工具技术领域，尤其是涉及用气体压力操作的手持钉钉工具中部件。
背景技术
目前使用的手持气动钉枪，有单发的，也有连发的，但不具有既可进行单击发，又可进行连发的；为使两者能结合在一把枪内，本发明人曾提出过一种方案，名称为“气动射钉枪”，专利号：200720106595.4，该方案是通过在扳机和能与保险杠联接的接触板之间增设扭簧，并以改变操作方式，是先按扳机或先按枪头来实现连发与单击发的转换；这种单、连发转换方式由于操作者的使用惯性往往会出错。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术之不足，提供一种手持气动钉枪的单连发转换机构，可以不改变操作者的使用习惯，以预置方式调节单、连发转换。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：一种手持气动钉枪的单连发转换机构，有一个调节轴，该调节轴是一凸轮装置，在其上标有三角形符号，调节轴安装于扳机上所设的轴孔中，由轴用挡圈定位，在调节轴上通过定位弹簧固定一粒钢珠，该钢珠随着调节轴的转动而改变与枪身的接触位置；在枪身上与钢珠移动轨道的相对应位置分上下各设一个能嵌入钢珠的定位孔，当钢珠位移至该两定位孔中的任一位置，调节轴即被定位；在扳机上通过弹性销铰接接触板，接触板的另一端与调节轴的凸轮缘接触，所说的接触板与保险杠能接触联接；需调节时，先将调节轴移至可转动位置，然后复位；随调节轴的转动，使接触板与保险杠处于接触联接或脱开状态；当转动调节轴到单击位置时，调节轴上的三角形符号顶角向上，此时保除杠与接触板只有在扳动扳机时才接触，击发一次脱离一次；当转动调节轴到连发位置时，调节轴上的三角形符号顶角向下，此时保除杠与扳机的接触板接触，处于击钉状态，随着扳机的扳动连续击发。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的一种手持气动钉枪的单连发转换机构，结构简单，可以不改变操作者的使用习惯，以预置方式调节单、连发转换，使用方便，不会出错。

具体实施方式
由附图1-2所示，本实用新型的一种手持气动钉枪的单连发转换机构，有一个调节轴6，该调节轴6是一凸轮装置，在其上标有三角形符号，调节轴安装于扳机4上所设的轴孔401中，由轴用挡圈11定位，在调节轴上通过定位弹簧7固定一粒钢珠8，该钢珠8随着调节轴的转动而改变位置；在枪身1上与钢珠8移动轨道的相对应位置分上下各设一个能嵌入钢珠的定位孔，当钢珠位移至该两定位孔中的任一位置，调节轴即被定位；在扳机4上通过弹性销9铰接接触板10，接触板的另一端与调节轴的凸轮缘接触；所说的接触板10与连至枪头2上的保险杠3能接触联接；枪头2与钉盒5联接；需调节时，先将调节轴6移至可转动位置，然后复位；随调节轴的转动，使接触板10与保险杠3处于接触联接或脱开状态；当转动调节轴到单击位置时，调节轴上的三角形符号顶角向上，此时保除杠与接触板只有在扳动扳机时才接触，击发一次脱离一次；当转动调节轴到连发位置时，调节轴上的三角形符号顶角向下，此时保除杠与扳机的接触板接触，处于击钉状态，随着扳机的扳动连续击发。

1、一种手持气动钉枪的单连发转换机构，其特征是：有一个调节轴(6)，该调节轴(6)是一凸轮装置，安装于扳机(4)上所设的轴孔(401)中，由轴用挡圈(11)定位，在调节轴上通过定位弹簧(7)固定一粒钢珠(8)，在枪身(1)上与钢珠(8)移动轨道的相对应位置分上下各设一个能嵌入钢珠的定位孔；在扳机(4)上通过弹性销(9)铰接接触板(10)，接触板的另一端与调节轴的凸轮缘接触；所说的接触板(10)与保险杠(3)能接触联接。
