Abstract

A fastening and unfastening structure for cutter-exchanging mechanism of cutter depot comprises: a cutter-exchanging arm of which two sides respectively disposed a retaining member capable of elastically moving, wherein one end of said retaining member is in response to the cutter-fastening portions of one side of cutter-exchanging arm, and another end can used to push against a urging member having a urging rod and a urging block. The urging rod inserts through cutter-exchanging arm and is correspondingly biased against a round plate of cutter-exchanging mechanism. Furthermore, at a predetermined position of round plate in response to the rotary cutter-fastening position of urging rod is provided with a slot and a bore, wherein said slot is formed an axial hole therein, by using a pivot and an elastic member, a rotatory cover piece is pivotally mounted at the outer sides of slot and bore. As the cutter-exchanging arm rotatingly fastens the cutter, the urging rod will moveably push the rotatory cover piece to rotate so as to open the bore, thereafter, said urging rod will outwardly insert into the bore such that the retaining member can stably fasten the cutter of the cutter-fastening portion, thereby preventing unfastening occurrence of said cutter, as the cutter-exchanging arm operates in a row to pull the cutter out.
