技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种热交换器,尤其是一种可靠性高、耐腐蚀效果好的全钛复合耐蚀热交换器。
背景技术:
热交换器中有许多管与板的连接部位,即板与管的端口外侧相接且板与管的端头位于一个平面。目前,部分热交换器为了达到防腐且低成本的目的,选用内衬钛层的钛钢复合管及钛钢复合板。但是,由于现有钛钢复合管的端口是钛钢复合管的横截面,因此当钛钢复合管与钛钢复合板相接时,钛钢复合管的钢层需要与钛钢复合板表面的钛层相接,但二者之间只能采用胶粘接的方式,常发生因胶老化而脱落的现象,可靠性低;另外,裸露的钛钢复合管横截面中钢面与钛之间存在着电位差,尽管裸露的钢面积较小,但还是存在着易腐蚀的问题,并不能完全满足防腐的要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种可靠性高、耐腐蚀效果好的全钛复合耐蚀热交换器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种全钛复合耐蚀热交换器,有钛复合管1及与钛复合管1端口外接的钛复合板2,所述钛复合管1端口截面上有钛保护层3,钛保护层3的外边焊接在钛复合板2的钛层上。
所述钛保护层3是钛复合管1的钛层翻边。
本实用新型是在钛复合管的端口处增加了钛保护层,即方便与钛复合板焊接,使连接可靠、密封严密,避免粘接所存在的易老化、脱落的问题,提高了产品的可靠性;同时还可保证与介质相接触的面均为钛层,防止钛复合管的钢截面直接与介质相接触所存在的腐蚀现象,使整个产品的耐腐蚀效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示:有钛复合管1及与钛复合管1端口外接的钛复合板2,钛复合管1和钛复合板2可以是钛钢(碳钢或合金钢)复合,在钛复合管1端口截面上有一圈钛保护层3,钛保护层3的外边焊接在钛复合板2的钛层上。为加工方便,钛保护层3最好是钛复合管1内衬钛层的翻边。

1.一种全钛复合耐蚀热交换器,有钛复合管(1)及与钛复合管(1)端口外接的钛复合板(2),其特征在于:所述钛复合管(1)端口截面上有钛保护层(3),钛保护层(3)的外边焊接在钛复合板(2)的钛层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全钛复合耐蚀热交换器,其特征在于:所述钛保护层(3)是钛复合管(1)的钛层翻边。
