背景技术：
目前，市场上出现的各种工业脚轮单轮，包括采用铸铁和铸钢制作成的轮辐和固定安装在轮体中心部位的轴承，这种轮子不但外观设计单一，制造成本昂贵，而且铸造生产时对环境污染也比较大，不符合环境保护要求。
发明内容：
针对现有技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型技术的目的是提供一种外观精巧、价廉物美，重量轻而负载能力强的一种辐轮。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种辐轮，所述的工业脚轮包括钢制轮辐和套管、轴承、轮缘，所述的钢轮辐由两个半轮辐焊接而成，在所述的钢轮辐侧表面设有凸起的加强筋，所述的轴承设置在套管中，所述的套管套置在钢轮辐中。
所述的套管两端带有起伏缺口，加强固定轴承轴向位置。

如图1所示，一种辐轮，所述的脚轮包括钢制轮辐1和套管2、轴承3、轮缘4，所述的钢轮辐由两个半轮辐焊接而成，在所述的钢轮辐侧表面设有凸起的加强筋，所述的轴承设置在套管中，所述的套管套置在钢轮辐中。轮辐端面可冲压出不同的加强筋起到装饰的作用，加大承重量，从而延长整个脚轮的使用寿命。钢轮辐通过焊接粘接轮缘4。
所述的套管两端带有起伏缺口，加强固定轴承轴向位置。
本实施例中，轮辐采用钢板冲压制作，外包采用热固性耐磨材料制作，以该材质制成的轮子，不但外观设计精美、款式变化多样，而且安全环保，稳定性好，外观漂亮，具有很强的耐磨性，不会在地面上留下任何痕迹，另外，负载能力大，突破传统的铸铁轮子抗冲击能力差的特点。
本实用新型可广泛应用于各种物流设备、搬运设备、机器配件等的脚轮装置中。
