Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器组件,其包括电连接器以及与电连接器对接的对接连接器。所述电连接器包括一收容腔,收容腔内设有一磁性组件,对接连接器的对接端设有一配合件,当对接连接器装入电连接器收容腔后,配合件被磁性组件吸引而与对接连接器连接配合。电连接器的磁性组件与对接连接器配合件的紧密吸合,使得两连接器靠合挤压后产生均匀的扭力。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种电连接器组件之电连接器与对接连接器的配合结构。
【技术背景】
传统天线用电连接器组件,其包括设有一收容腔的电连接器、以及插入所述收容腔与电连接器对接的对接连接器。电连接器收容腔内设有一橡胶圈,其夹持于两连接器的对接处之间。当扭动对接连接器时,橡胶可产生扭力,扭力大小取决于橡胶的形变量,然而在此类电连接器组件中,由于两连接器中若干个组件之间的配合而产生的公差,使得扭力的形变量难以控制,不利于操作。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可产生均匀扭力的电连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种电连接器组件,其包括电连接器以及与电连接器对接的对接连接器。所述电连接器包括一收容腔,收容腔内设有一磁性组件,对接连接器的对接端设有一配合件,当对接连接器装入电连接器收容腔后,配合件被磁性组件吸引而与电连接配合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:电连接器之磁性组件与对接连接器之配合件的紧密吸合,使得两连接器靠合挤压后产生均匀的扭力。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型揭示一种电连接器组件100,其包括电连接器1以及与电连接器1配合的对接连接器3。
请参阅图2-4,电连接器1包括设有收容腔110的第一主体11、位于收容腔110的第一绝缘体12、收容于第一绝缘体12的中心导体13、圈设于第一绝缘体12前端的磁性组件15以及设置于收容腔110内以与对接连接器3对接配合而产生扭力的垫圈14。
对接连接器3包括设有一收容空间310的第二主体31、收容于收容空间310的对接端子33、包覆前述对接端子33的第二绝缘体32以及位于接连接器3的对接端与磁性组件15配合的配合件35。对接连接器3还包括套设于第二主体21外的弹性件34,弹性件34为一开口环,电连接器1的收容腔110设有一凹槽111以收容弹性件34。
对接连接器3的配合件35由直径大小不等的两铁圈连接而成,配合件35为台阶状,其包括第一、第二台阶部351、352。第一台阶部351的直径较小且与磁性组件15的直径相同。当对接连接器3插入电连接器1的收容腔110时,配合件35前端的第一台阶部351由于磁性组件15的吸引而与电连接器1连接配合,配合件35的第二台阶部352抵持于前述垫圈14。所述垫圈14夹持于第一、第二台阶部351、352之间的阶梯口353处。当扭动对接连接器3时,第二台阶部352挤压垫圈14,使之产生一定的扭力。电连接器1的磁性组件15与对接连接器3配合件35的紧密吸合,使得电连接器1与对接连接器3靠合挤压后产生均匀的扭力。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括电连接器以及与电连接器对接的对接连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括一收容腔,收容腔内设有一磁性组件,对接连接器的对接端设有一配合件,当对接连接器装入电连接器收容腔后,配合件被磁性组件吸引而与电连接器连接配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括设有收容腔的第一主体、位于收容腔的第一绝缘体、收容于第一绝缘体的中心导体、以及设置于收容腔内以与对接连接器对接配合而产生扭力的垫圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接连接器的配合件为台阶状,其包括第一、第二台阶部,第一台阶部的直径较小且由于磁性组件的吸引而与电连接器连接配合,配合件的第二台阶部抵持于前述垫圈。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一台阶部的直径与磁性组件的直径相同,所述垫圈夹持于第一、第二台阶部之间设有的阶梯口处。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接连接器包括设有一收容空间的第二主体、收容于收容空间的对接端子以及包覆前述对接端子的第二绝缘体。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述对接连接器还包括套设于第二主体的弹性件,弹性件为一开口环,电连接器的收容腔设有一凹槽以收容弹性件。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述配合件为一直径大小不等的两铁圈连接而成。
