双列或多列轴承主要用于变速箱机构。在需高载荷、轴向定位场合,轴承的外圈为分开制造,两滚道不同心,因此,影响轴承使用寿命。

一种多列轴承外圈一体结构,具有两个外圈,所述两个外圈由一体成型的双滚道外圈沿其径向从中间部位分开形成,并通过连接环将两者无缝连接为一体。

如图1所示,一种多列轴承外圈一体结构,具有两个外圈1、2,所述两个外圈1、2由一体成型的双滚道外圈100沿其径向从中间部位分开形成,并通过连接环3将两个外圈1、2无缝连接为一体。
多列轴承一体外圈制造工艺:锻造;车加工;热处理;磨加工;破开;装配组组件;连接。
上述轴承外圈一体结构,由于轴承外圈磨加工时为一体,两滚道同心度在0.005mm以下,保证了轴承安装在主机上的同心度,延长了轴承的使用寿命。
