本实用新型涉及汽车车轮,特别是涉及铝合金板式车轮。
背景技术
汽车车轮包括轮辋、轮辐和轮毂,已有技术的车轮一般为钢板制造,钢板车轮机械强度好,其中轮辐与轮毂是一块整体的钢板制成,构造比较简单,但钢板车轮重量重。所以近年来在轿车上有的改为铝车轮,可是现有铝车轮采用的是铝浇铸车轮或者铝锻压车轮,浇铸铝车轮的优点是成型容易,加工简单,其缺点为组织疏松,机械强度差;锻压铝车轮可克服浇铸铝车轮的一些缺点,金相组织致密,强度可提高,其缺点为所需锻造压力加工设备吨位大,模具寿命低,投资大。并且已有浇铸铝车轮和锻压铝车轮共同存在的缺点材料消耗大,并需要金加工处理,有废料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种壁厚薄,重量轻,材料省,强度好的铝合金板式车轮。
本实用新型铝合金板式车轮的技术方案是:包括轮辋、轮辐和轮毂,轮辋的中部向内凹与轮胎相配合,轮毂制有紧固孔并通过紧固件与轮轴相连,其特征在于各自采用铝合金板制成的轮辋与轮辐的连接处有辋辐焊接缝,由铝合金板制成的轮毂与轮辐之间的连接处有毂辐焊接缝。
本实用新型的铝合金板式车轮,其轮辋、轮辐和轮毂各自采用高强度的铝合金板制成,在各个连接处上有焊缝相连接,铝合金板壁厚薄,重量轻,材料省;铝合金板机械强度高,使用寿命长;铝合金板加工设备简单,成型容易。
本实用新型的铝合金板式车轮,其所述的轮辋和轮毂可以是一体锻压所制成,锻压铝车轮组织致密,强度提高。轮辋可以是卷制焊接制成,所以在所述的轮辋上可有一条拼接的焊缝。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及铝合金板式车轮,如图1—图6所示,包括轮辋1、轮辐2和轮毂3,对轮辋2进行滚压,使轮辋的中部向内凹11与轮胎相配合,轮毂制有紧固孔31并通过紧固件与轮轴相连,其特征在于各自采用铝合金板制成的轮辋1与轮辐2的连接处有辋辐焊接缝5,轮辐可有多根辐条,对轮辐2的边缘21进行拉伸,有利于轮辋1与轮辐2的焊接,由铝合金板制成的轮毂3与轮辐2之间的连接处有毂辐焊接缝6。其轮辋1、轮辐2和轮毂3各自采用高强度铝合金板制成,在各个连接处上有焊缝相连接,铝合金板壁厚薄,重量轻,材料省;铝合金板机械强度高,使用寿命长;铝合金板加工设备简单,成型容易。如图5所示,其所述的轮辋和轮毂可以是一体锻压所制成,锻压铝车轮组织致密,强度提高。轮辋1可以是卷制焊接制成,所以在所述的轮辋1上可有一条拼接的焊缝7。

1、铝合金板式车轮,包括轮辋(1)、轮辐(2)和轮毂(3),轮辋的中部向内凹(11)与轮胎相配合,轮毂制有紧固孔(31)并通过紧固件与轮轴相连,其特征在于各自采用铝合金板制成的轮辋(1)与轮辐(2)的连接处有辋辐焊接缝(5),由铝合金板制成的轮毂(3)与轮辐(2)之间的连接处有毂辐焊接缝(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的铝合金板式车轮,其特征在于所述的轮辋(1)和轮毂(3)是锻压所制成。
3、如权利要求1所述的铝合金板式车轮,其特征在于所述的轮辋(1)上有一条拼接的焊缝(7)。
