本实用新型涉及一种液压切断工具，尤其是一种可实现对钢绞线、钢索、钢筋等切断的液压切断器。
背景技术
目前，在液压切断领域所采用的切断器多为结构复杂，零件较多，尤其是对钢绞线、钢索、钢筋进行切断的装备，其重量较大，搬运使用极为不方便，因此，其使用受到局限，且制造成本较高，制造工序较为复杂，不便于维修，不能得到很好的推广使用。目前，对该类简单切断器的研究也有相关记载，但其效果没有大的改进，因此，随着人类社会的进步及该领域的强烈需求，对液压切断器进行结构简单化、功能齐全化、成本较低化的研究越来越引起人们的关注。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种机构简单、使用方便、方便维修的液压切断器。
本实用新型要解决上述的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案实现的：
本实用新型的液压切断器包括带有进油口的油缸，在油缸的内部设置有带有回位弹簧的活塞，弹簧安装在衬套和油缸之间，所述的活塞通过装配在油缸内部的衬套定位在油缸的内部，并在衬套与进油口之间的油缸本体上形成液压腔；在液压腔的左部设有固定安装在油缸上的定刀架，动刀设置在定刀架内部且尾部与活塞的自由端固连，动刀与定刀架内壁滑动配合；在定刀架的左部上方设有安全管，所述的安全管与定刀架内腔相连通；在定刀架左部下方、与安全管对应位置上设有耐磨套，所述的耐磨套与定刀架内腔相连通。
作为本实用新型方案的更进一步改进，所述的安全管轴线与耐磨套的轴线重合。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型取得的进步在于：
采用上述技术方案，钢筋或钢索经耐磨套、安全管穿过切断器，液压油经进油口进入液压腔，驱动活塞，活塞带动动刀沿定刀架轨道一同前进，同时把弹簧压缩，动刀把钢筋或钢索顶紧后，停止前进，油缸内的压力持续升高，直至把钢筋或钢索切断，停止给切断器供油，并泄压，回位弹簧的弹力作用在活塞上，实现活塞及动刀的复位，同时把液压油经油管送回油箱，把切断的钢筋或钢索取走，完成一次工作过程。因此，其结构简单，使用方便，制造成本低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
该液压切断器包括带有进油口1的油缸2，在油缸2的内部设置有带有回位弹簧4的活塞3，回位弹簧4位于衬套5和油缸2之间，所述的活塞3通过装配在油缸2内部的衬套5定位在油缸2的内部，并在衬套5与进油口1之间的油缸2本体上形成液压腔10，在液压腔10的左部设有固定安装在油缸2上的定刀架6，动刀8设置在定刀架6内部且尾部与活塞3的自由端固连，动刀8与定刀架6内壁滑动配合；在定刀架6的左部上方设有安全管9，所述的安全管9与定刀架6内腔相连通；在定刀架6左部下方、与安全管9对应位置上设有耐磨套7，所述的耐磨套7与定刀架6内腔相连通。安全管9轴线与耐磨套7的轴线重合。
在装配时，活塞3上装回位弹簧4及衬套5，装入油缸2，定刀架6与油缸2连接，把动刀8固定在活塞3上，安全管9、耐磨套7分别固定在定刀架6上，完成组装。其使用方便，便于维修。

1、一种液压切断器，包括带有进油口(1)的油缸(2)，在油缸(2)的内部设置有带有回位弹簧(4)的活塞(3)，所述的活塞(3)通过装配在油缸(2)内部的衬套(5)定位在油缸(2)的内部，并在衬套(5)与进油口(1)之间的油缸(2)本体上形成液压腔(10)，其特征在于：在液压腔(10)的左部设有固定安装在油缸(2)上的定刀架(6)，在定刀架(6)内部设置尾部与活塞(3)的自由端固连的动刀(8)，动刀(8)与定刀架(6)内壁滑动配合；在定刀架(6)的左部上方设有安全管(9)，所述的安全管(9)与定刀架(6)内腔相连通；在定刀架(6)左部下方、与安全管(9)对应位置上设有耐磨套(7)，所述的耐磨套(7)与定刀架(6)内腔相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的液压切断器，其特征在于：所述的安全管(9)轴线与耐磨套(7)的轴线重合。
