对于薄壁花键大径定心,采用大径直线形无台阶齿侧放开型大径塞规,花键塞规长度为40至60毫米范围内,花键塞规的成形圆直径小径产品成形圆直径0.05毫米,来避免花键有效长度不足,花键塞规齿厚小于工件最小齿槽宽0.08毫米,来避免花键重定位。
