链篦机篦板自动复位装置
技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种输送装置中的附件，特别是一种链篦机篦板自动复位装置。
背景技术：现有链篦机在输送中，其篦板一般依靠篦板自身重量自然复位，但在链篦机小轴变形或篦板变形的情况下，部分篦板将不能复位，不能复位的篦板会给链篦机的输送带来很大的麻烦，在此情况下，一般生产厂家依靠值班人员对篦板复位情况进行监控，发现未复位的篦板由值班人员进行强行复位。显然，这种由人工监控并由人工对篦板进行复位的方式很落后，它不仅需固定专门的人员对链篦机进行监控，而且需人工去对篦板进行强行复位，这不仅使企业增加成本，而且使生产人员有一定的劳动强度。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于，针对现有链篦机在其篦板复位方式中所存在的不足，而提出一种可自行对链篦机中不能复位的篦板进行强制复位的链篦机篦板自动复位装置。
通过下述技术方案可实现本实用新型的目的，一种链篦机篦板自动复位装置，包括链篦机机架，其特征在于，它还包括一下端活动固定在链篦机机架上，其上端斜靠在链篦机的链篦板上的长杆。
为减少长杆与链篦板之间的磨擦，在长杆与链篦板相靠的该端端部设有一滚轮。
为防止因链篦机位移而使得靠在链篦板上该端的长杆落下，在长杆的该端系有一绳，该绳的另一端系在位于长杆上方链篦机的机架上。
本实用新型的效果在于：1、可使链篦机在输送进程中，其链篦板上的每一篦板自动复位，这在于在链篦机的端部旁设置了一长杆，该长杆斜靠在链篦板上，它靠其自重将不能自动复位的篦板强行将其复位。2、节约了生产成本，降低了人工劳动强度，有了本装置后，再不需要专门配值班人员对篦板复位的情况进行监控并人工强制复位。3、本装置结构简单、经久耐用且安装方便。

具体实施方式：参见附图1，本装置1设在链篦机2左端部的侧旁，篦板3是链篦机2在输送过程中不能自行复位的篦板状态；篦板4是经本装置1强行复位后篦板状态。参见附图2，长杆11的下端活动固定在链篦机机架12上，上端斜靠在链篦板上，长杆11上端相对支点可转动。为减少长杆11与链篦板之间的磨擦，在长杆11的上端端部设有一滚轮13。为防止因链篦机位移而使得靠在链篦板上该端的长杆11落下，在长杆11的上端系有一绳14，绳14的另一端系在位于长杆11上方的链篦机机架12上。

1、一种链篦机篦板自动复位装置，包括链篦机机架，其特征在于，它还包括一下端活动固定在链篦机机架上，其上端斜靠在链篦机的链篦板上的长杆。
2、按权利要求1所述的链篦机篦板自动复位装置，其特征在于，在长杆的与链篦板相靠的该端端部设有一滚轮。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的链篦机篦板自动复位装置，其特征在于，在长杆的与链篦板相靠的该端系有一绳，该绳的另一端系在位于长杆上方链篦机的机架上。
