斗式提升机的输送带结构,包括提升斗,每个链条单元由夹片、滚轮和销轴组成,U型架板的二端均铰接在销轴上,螺杆插套在U型架板上的预设孔中且焊接固定在U型架板上,垫套夹持在提升斗与U型架板之间且插套在螺杆上,螺杆穿过提升斗上的预设孔与圆头螺母螺接在一起,圆头螺母与提升斗的内壁之间夹持有垫片,垫片插套在螺杆上。它不会发生打滑现象,提升斗的开口更易保持水平状态,提高了提升效率。

斗式提升机的输送带结构
技术领域:
本发明涉及提升机技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种斗式提升机的输送带结构。
背景技术:
见图1所示,现有斗式提升机的输送带采用埋设有钢绳A1的胶带A2,胶带A2上通过螺栓A3固定有提升斗A4。其不足之处是:1、在提升机工作过程中,由于是采用胶带A2提升,胶带容易受热变形,所以提升斗A4开口不易保持水平状,如果提升斗中提升有液体,则容易倾倒一些出来,不利于提升效率。2、它采用特殊设计的输送带轮来带动胶带,主要是输送带轮上的圆形凸起与胶带A2中的钢绳A1接触时,将胶带A2带动,如果提升的重量较高时,胶带有打滑现象发现。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种斗式提升机的输送带结构,它不会发生打滑现象,提升斗的开口更易保持水平状态,提高了提升效率。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
斗式提升机的输送带结构,包括提升斗,每个链条单元由夹片、滚轮和销轴组成,U型架板的二端均铰接在销轴上,螺杆插套在U型架板上的预设孔中且焊接固定在U型架板上,垫套夹持在提升斗与U型架板之间且插套在螺杆上,螺杆穿过提升斗上的预设孔与圆头螺母螺接在一起,圆头螺母与提升斗的内壁之间夹持有垫片,垫片插套在螺杆上。
所述U型架板的二端均成型有U型框,U型框由横框板、前框板和后框板成型在一起组成,二个夹片分别位于前框板和后框板的内侧。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、由于它采用链条提升,不再使用胶带,所以不会发生胶带打滑现象。
2、采用链条后,提升斗的开口更容易保持水平状态,如果提升斗提升液体时,在提升过程中,从提升斗中倾倒出来的液体与现有技术相比更少,所以它提高了提升效率。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图2、3所示,斗式提升机的输送带结构,包括提升斗1,每个链条单元2由夹片21、滚轮22和销轴23组成,U型架板3的二端均铰接在销轴23上,螺杆4插套在U型架板3上的预设孔中且焊接固定在U型架板3上,垫套6夹持在提升斗1与U型架板3之间且插套在螺杆4上,螺杆4穿过提升斗1上的预设孔与圆头螺母5螺接在一起,圆头螺母5与提升斗1的内壁之间夹持有垫片7,垫片7插套在螺杆4上。
所述U型架板3的二端均成型有U型框31,U型框31由横框板311、前框板312和后框板313成型在一起组成,二个夹片21分别位于前框板312和后框板313的内侧。

1.斗式提升机的输送带结构,包括提升斗(1),其特征在于:
每个链条单元(2)由夹片(21)、滚轮(22)和销轴(23)组成,U型架板(3)的二端均铰接在销轴(23)上,螺杆(4)插套在U型架板(3)上的预设孔中且焊接固定在U型架板(3)上,垫套(6)夹持在提升斗(1)与U型架板(3)之间且插套在螺杆(4)上,螺杆(4)穿过提升斗(1)上的预设孔与圆头螺母(5)螺接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斗式提升机的输送带结构,其特征在于:圆头螺母(5)与提升斗(1)的内壁之间夹持有垫片(7),垫片(7)插套在螺杆(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的斗式提升机的输送带结构,其特征在于:U型架板(3)的二端均成型有U型框(31)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的斗式提升机的输送带结构,其特征在于:U型框(31)由横框板(311)、前框板(312)和后框板(313)成型在一起组成,二个夹片(21)分别位于前框板(312)和后框板(313)的内侧。
