背景技术:
由于金属管线腐蚀情况较严重,在国家提出“以塑代钢”的政策下,玻璃钢管线的应用范围越来越广。由于传统玻璃钢施工现场通过手工糊制的方法将弯头端面与管线相连接。而手工糊制连接对操作者经验的依赖性较大,且容易出现质量问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种承插弯头,提高操作的质量和便捷性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:承插弯头由插口、承口、弯曲部分、承插槽等组成,其特征在于在插口上有承插槽,插口、承口分别位于弯曲部分的两端。
与现有技术相比,设计合理、操作简单、实用性强,提高操作质量与便捷性。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新型的实施例。
承插弯头由插口1、承口2、弯曲部分3、承插槽4等组成,其特征在于在插口1上有承插槽4,插口1、承口2分别位于弯曲部3分的两端。
使用一端带插口的弯头模具,利用树脂、玻璃纤维纺织品、促进剂、固化剂在模具表面缠绕出弯头,在非插口一端进行加厚只可以修正出承插槽的厚度。最后在削磨设备上加工出承插槽。施工时利用胶圈将弯头与管线承插连接起来。
