[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及管道式排污泵技术领域,具体地说是一种GW型的高效无堵塞管道式排污泵。
[背景技术]
现有的GW型的管道式排污泵的叶轮一般采用单通道结构,流道线型不够光洁流畅,介质液体过浓、颗粒过大时易堵塞管道。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术不足之处,采用单/双通道结构的叶轮,配合回流耐磨密封圈,而设计的一种管道式排污泵。
为实现上述目的,设计的一种高效无堵塞管道式排污泵,包括电机(1)、中间端盖(2)、泵体(3)、机械密封(5)、叶轮(6)、油室(8),其特征在于:在油室(8)内的中间端盖(2)与泵轴之间设挡水密封圈
(4),叶轮(6)采用单/双通道的结构,叶轮(6)与泵体(3)之间设橡胶骨架密封圈(7)。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,结构简洁,不易堵塞,高效节能。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明,本实用新型对本技术领域的人来说还是比较清楚的。
在SG型管道泵工艺造型的基础上设计的无堵塞管道式排污泵,可作一般管道泵为高层建筑加压送水之用,也可适用于化工、石油、制药、制陶、化纤、纺织等行业,抽吸含有固体颗粒纤维、悬浮液体介质,采用单/双通道的叶轮结构,型线准确、流道光洁,在电机1下方连接中间端盖2,中间端盖2内为油室8,在油室8内的中间端盖2与泵轴连接处设挡水密封圈4,防止水进入油室8内,进而进入电机1内,叶轮6与泵体3之间设橡胶骨架密封圈7,保证泵的密封运行。
