Abstract

磁弹性避震器,涉及避震器,至少有两块磁铁同极相对排列在避震筒体内,升压连杆的一端顶压避震筒体内最前端的一块磁铁,由于磁铁同极相斥,当升压连杆向下压迫时,便产生了弹性,此磁铁替代了避震器内的弹簧,避免了弹簧老化带来的诸多问题,节省了成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及避震器,尤其是一种利用磁铁同极相斥原理设计的磁弹性避震器。
背景技术
目前公知避震器内有弹簧,利用弹簧的弹性来减弱震动。但是弹簧在老化的过程中会损失弹性,更换弹簧既耗时又增加成本。
发明内容
为了避震器内因弹簧老化失去弹性等问题,本实用新型用磁铁替代避震器内的弹簧,提供了一种磁弹性避震器。
技术方案:磁弹性避震器,至少有两块磁铁同极相对排列在避震筒体内,升压连杆的一端顶压避震筒体内最前端的一块磁铁,另一端伸出避震筒体外。由于磁铁同极相斥,当升压连杆向下压迫时,便产生了弹性,起到弹簧相同的作用。
有益效果:由于本实用新型用磁铁替代了弹簧,避免了弹簧老化带来的诸多问题,节省了成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中,磁铁(6)在避震筒体(5)排列起来,相邻的两块磁铁之间有缓冲垫(4),而且相邻磁铁同极相对,升降连杆(2)穿过油封(1),与顶压块(3)连接。当避震筒体(5)的下端震动时,升降连杆(2)压迫避震筒体(5)内的磁铁(6),由于磁铁同极相斥,产生了弹力,减缓了来自避震筒体(5)下端的震动。这里的磁铁(6)用钕铁硼永久磁铁,在避震筒体(5)内还可以加入润滑油,以提高避震效果。

1.磁弹性避震器,有避震筒体、升压连杆等组成,其特征是:至少有两块磁铁同极相对排列在避震筒体内,升压连杆的一端顶压避震筒体内最前端的一块磁铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁弹性避震器,其特征是:避震筒体内相邻的两块磁铁之间设有缓冲垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁弹性避震器,其特征是:所述的磁铁是钕铁硼永久磁铁。
