本实用新型公开了一种各种物料的包装容器一种纸浆模塑包装桶。其桶盖(2)活动连接在桶体(1)上端,桶体(1)上周边等距设置凸弧形压痕(3);桶盖(2)下端弹性舌(5)底部设置间断状凸弧(6);且间断状凸弧(6)和桶体(1)上端的凸弧形压痕(3)旋转嵌接。由于本实用新型利用废旧纸制品的纸浆及生物秸秆等为原料制成浆料,且可在浆中加色,代替了传统塑料和纸板包装材料,在生产时模塑热压成型,防水、防火和防变形效果显著,锥形状可便于长途运输,降低了仓储使用面积。原材料来源广泛,节约和降低了生产成本,且可回收和降解,避免了环境污染。

背景技术:随着社会经济的快速发展,包装业也进入快速发展的轨道。但现在传统流质物品的包装桶,所使用的材料大多还是沿用原纸浆、木浆或纸板及塑料作为原料,工艺复杂,价格昂贵,使用效果不佳,且容易造成环境污染。
实用新型内容:本实用新型改变了原包装桶存在的弊端,提供了一种成本低,完全替代传统材料的一种纸浆模塑包装桶。其桶盖2活动连接在桶体1上端,桶体1上周边等距设置凸弧形压痕3;桶盖2下端弹性舌5底部设置间断状凸弧6;且间断状凸弧6和桶体1上端的凸弧形压痕3旋转嵌接。由于本实用新型利用废旧纸制品的纸浆及生物秸秆等为原料制成浆料,且可在浆中加色,代替了传统塑料和纸板包装材料,在生产时模塑热压成型,防水、防火和防变形效果显著,锥形状可便于长途运输,降低了仓储使用面积.原材料来源广泛,节约和降低了生产成本,且可回收和降解,避免了环境污染。

具体实施方式:如图1、图2所示,桶盖2活动连接在桶体1上端。桶体1,形状呈圆柱体、方形体或圆锥体及其它形状,上周边等距设置凸弧形压痕3;桶盖2下端弹性舌5底部设置间断状凸弧6;且间断状凸弧6和桶体1上端的凸弧形压痕3旋转嵌接。
如图1、图2所示,另一种桶体和桶盖连接方式为桶体1上周边设置环形凸弧压痕3,桶盖2下端弹性舌5中部设置环形凹槽4,其环形凹槽4和凸弧形压痕3下压嵌接。
如图1、图2所示,其桶体1和桶盖2的生产工艺流程为植物浆、废纸边和纸制品边角料及废报纸等原材料经筛选、碎浆后成原浆、可在浆中加色,经一次挤压或吸附成型、再经中转烘干、然后热压成型。其具体生产工艺流程为:
1、筛选,根据桶所需外观,可选用不同的植物浆、废纸边和纸制品边角料及废报纸等原材料;
2、碎浆,通过水力碎浆机,把选好的原材料按比例进行搅拌成浆料,再将浆料在匀浆池内搅拌均匀,可在浆中加色,送入成型机缸内;
3、经一次挤压或吸附成型。装模、根据产品的大小形状,在成型机上安装并调试好成型模具,通过负压把浆料吸附到模具表面形成湿态的纸托产品。并通过调整吸浆和脱水时间,来保证产品的厚度和干湿度;
5、中转烘干,把湿产品中转到适当的工位,并通过该工位把湿产品的水分蒸发掉,从而达到整形所需要求;
6、热压成型。先进行整形,通过用专用模具对中转过来的产品进行加热、加压,使产品得到美观并适合尺寸要求的合格产品;压殼,用压殼设备把整形好产品的适当位置,压出多段形状规整的殼。

1、一种纸浆模塑包装桶,其特征在于桶盖(2)活动连接在桶体(1)上端,桶体(1)上周边等距设置凸弧形压痕(3);桶盖(2)下端弹性舌(5)底部设置间断状凸弧(6);且间断状凸弧(6)和桶体(1)上端的凸弧形压痕(3)旋转嵌接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种纸浆模塑包装桶,其特征是桶体(1)上周边设置环形凸弧压痕(3),桶盖(2)下端弹性舌(5)中部设置环形凹槽(4),其环形凹槽(4)和凸弧形压痕(3)下压嵌接。
