Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装物原料的制作方法。本发明将动植物纤维和淀粉类混合后,经膨化成颗粒状或其它形状的包装物原料,可用于生产类似的塑料泡沫制品、快餐盒、农用薄膜等。不仅可降解,防止环境污染,同时还可回收供动物食用,产生新的经济效益。

Description

一种包装物原料的制作方法
本发明涉及一种包装物原料的制作方法。
目前,国内外许多包装物在废弃后无法自然消化,给环境造成污染,如塑料泡沫的白色污染。现有市场上制作的一种纸质快餐盒,由于主要原料为木浆,浪费木材,生产工艺复杂、成本高,以至难以推广;另外,据悉,一种用淀粉物类制作的快餐盒,由于牢度不够等问题未解决前,还不能投入市场。
本发明的目的是提供一种可自然降解,节省原材料,又能根据成品强度、厚度、体积、重量、防震质量要求生产的包装物原料的制作方法。
本发明采取的技术是将动植物纤维与淀粉物类混合的混合物,经膨化产生颗粒状或其它形状的包装物原料。
本发明不仅可用于生产类似塑料泡沫制品,用于机械、电子等工业包装,也可用于食品包装,如制作快餐盒、食品盒,还可用于制作农用薄膜等。同时,由于采用动植物纤维和淀粉物类作原材料,不仅能自然降解,避免环境污染,还可回收动物食用或成为肥料,产生新的经济效益;另外,由于膨化扩大原料体积可实现成品生产成本降低,又具有工艺简单的特点。
下面结合制作普通类原料,利用该原料生产类似塑料泡沫制品,用于工业包装的实例,对本发明的生产和应用工艺过程作进一步详细说明如下:
1、原材料准备
动植物纤维和淀粉物类。动植物纤维可采用麻浆、纸浆、草浆、芦苇浆、甘庶浆、毛竹浆、动物毛类等。淀粉物类可采用玉米、大米、豆类、高梁等。
2、原材料混合
动植物纤维与淀粉类的混合为1∶1.5。另可根据不同需要和要求,采用不同比例。如需强度大,可适当提高动植物纤维比例,如需重量轻、体积大,则淀粉物类可高一些等。
3、膨化
将上述混合物放入膨化机械中膨化成表面带有纤维的颗粒状。也可根据需要膨化成其它形状。
4、成品制作
将上述颗粒原料与防水剂、防油剂、防腐剂、防蛀剂、粘合剂混合后倒入模具,经高温高压后成型。

1、一种包装物原料的制作方法,采用动植物纤维和淀粉物类作原料,其特征在于将动植物纤维和淀粉物类混合,按重量比例纤维定为1,则淀粉物类为1.5以上,混合后经过膨化成颗粒状或其它形状的包装物原料。
