Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种采用纸浆模塑材料制作的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,具有不易变形的特点。纸浆模塑复合包装容器,包括纸浆模塑材料制作的周边封闭并带有开口的型腔构成的本体,其特征是:在本体的开口端设置有定型支撑件。由于采用在本体的开口端设置定型支撑件的技术方案,从而克服了单纯采用纸浆模塑材料制作的产品容易变形的不足,既具有纸浆模塑材料的韧性好、轻便、耐热不导电、环境亲和性好等优点,所形成的容器的开口及其型腔的形状结构更加稳定,制作的封闭容器具有较好的开合性能,闭合性更好,同时还具有更好的机械强度,还能安装各种连接件和扣件,大大扩展了纸浆模塑的应用范围,具有很好的市场前景。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装容器,尤其是涉及一种采用纸浆模塑材料制作的纸浆模塑复合包装容器。
背景技术
目前,纸浆模塑制品是纸质包装家族中的后起之秀,它源于造纸,并且有独自的优势和个性。纸浆模塑件相对于EPS缓冲件有许多显著优点,如:1)纸浆模塑包装制品的原材料是废纸及各种纤维类材料,来源广泛且容易收集,利于回收且不会对环境造成污染;2)纸浆模塑包装制品适用范围广泛,现使用泡沫作为内衬的产品基本上都可以用纸浆模塑制品来代替。纸浆模塑制品可叠堆存入,比发泡塑料占的储存空间小1/2~2/5,运费及仓储费用较小;3)发泡塑料磨擦容易产生静电,而纸制品防静电性好,这对电子产品和家电产品等起到较好的保护作用。4)塑料制品包装时食品水份不易挥发,易发霉腐烂,而纸制品具有较好的透水透气性能,从而具有防腐效果。
但是目前的纸浆模塑制品还大多作为泡沫塑料制品的替代品使用,且纸浆模塑制品的结构强度较差,另外由于工艺的限制,有一定的脱模斜度,工差大,导致其产品的开合密闭性差,容易因吸水等原因导致变形等,并且无法安装铆钉、螺栓、活页等连接件或扣件,因此难以制备成独立的容器。而传统的一些制作容器的材料,如玻璃,金属,竹木等在成本上较高,同时保温隔热性差,硬度较高,且金属材料的导电性强,这些都限制了上述材料制作的容器的应用范围。本领域目前急需开发出能克服上述两种现有技术各自缺点的新产品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易变形的纸浆模塑复合包装容器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:纸浆模塑复合包装容器,包括纸浆模塑材料制作的周边封闭并带有开口的型腔构成的本体,其特征是:在本体的开口端设置有定型支撑件。
进一步的是,在本体的开口端设置有端盖。
进一步的是,端盖与本体上的定型支撑件通过连接件活动连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用在本体的开口端设置定型支撑件的技术方案,从而克服了单纯采用纸浆模塑材料制作的产品容易变形的不足,既具有纸浆模塑材料的韧性好、轻便、耐热不导电、环境亲和性好等优点,所形成的容器的开口及其型腔的形状结构更加稳定,制作的封闭容器具有较好的开合性能,闭合性更好,同时还具有更好的机械强度,还能安装各种连接件和扣件,大大扩展了纸浆模塑的应用范围,具有很好的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,包括纸浆模塑材料制作的周边封闭并带有开口的型腔构成的本体1,在本体1的开口端设置有定型支撑件2。定型支撑件2可以覆盖本体1的开口端的内壁或外壁,也可以部分覆盖,只要起到开口的定型和支撑作用即可。定型支撑件2可以采用竹、木、金属、玻璃、陶瓷、塑料、石或紫砂等材料制成,使其定型支撑件2的材料硬度大于纸浆模塑材料硬度,从而保证开口的形状结构更加稳定,同时还具有较好的加工性能,便于安装连接件等。
本实用新型的纸浆模塑复合包装容器还可包括端盖3,端盖3与本体1的开口端匹配,从而制作成整体可开合的封闭容器。端盖3与本体1之间可以是分离的结构,也可以将端盖3与本体1上的定型支撑件2通过连接件活动连接。连接件可以采用常规的活页、扣件、转轴等
端盖3可以采用各种现有的材料制作,例如木材、纸板、金属、玻璃、陶瓷、塑料等,也可采用纸浆模塑材料制作。
端盖3可以采用各种合适的形状结构,也可以制作为周边封闭并带有开口的型腔的结构。采用纸浆模塑材料制作周边封闭并带有开口的型腔的端盖3时,在端盖3的开口端也可以设置有定型件4。同样的道理,定型件4可以覆盖端盖3的开口端的内壁或外壁,也可以部分覆盖,只要起到开口的定型和支撑作用即可。
本体1与端盖3之间通过连接件活动连接时,连接件可以方便的安装在定型支撑件2与定型件4上。
本体1与定型支撑件2之间的连接,可以采用将本体1通过纸浆模塑工艺复合在定型支撑件2上的形式,也可以采用粘接、铆接或榫接等形式。
同样的道理,端盖3也可以通过纸浆模塑工艺复合在定型件4上也可以采用粘接、铆接或榫接的形式连接。

1.纸浆模塑复合包装容器,包括纸浆模塑材料制作的周边封闭并带有开口的型腔构成的本体(1),其特征是:在本体(1)的开口端设置有定型支撑件(2)
2.如权利要求1所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:在本体(1)的开口端设置有端盖(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:端盖(3)与本体(1)上的定型支撑件(2)通过连接件活动连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:端盖(3)采用纸浆模塑材料制作。
5.如权利要求4所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:端盖(3)为周边封闭并带有开口的型腔,在端盖(3)的开口端设置有定型件(4)。
6.如权利要求5所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:定型支撑件(2)与定型件(4)通过连接件活动连接。
7.根据1~6中任意一项权利要求所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:本体(1)通过纸浆模塑工艺复合在定型支撑件(2)上。
8.根据5~6中任意一项权利要求所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:端盖(3)通过纸浆模塑工艺复合在定型件(4)上。
9.根据1~6中任意一项权利要求所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:本体(1)与定型支撑件(2)之间的连接采用粘接、铆接或榫接,端盖(3)与定型件(4)之间的连接采用粘接、铆接或榫接。
10.根据5~6中任意一项权利要求所述的纸浆模塑复合包装容器,其特征是:定型支撑件(2)的材料硬度大于纸浆模塑材料硬度,定型件(4)的材料硬度大于纸浆模塑材料硬度。
