背景技术
轴承是一种应用广泛的机械零部件，不论是飞机、汽车、船舶、机床、电机，还是家用电器等，凡是有旋转支承的地方，都离不开轴承。轴承防尘盖是轴承的一个零件，它的主要作用是防止外界的灰尘、杂质进入轴承内部，避免影响轴承的使用性能。图2可见：现有技术中的防尘盖主要防尘面为平面，在防尘盖压装和使用中，容易受外力的影响导致防尘面变形，从而引起脱落及留有缝隙，使灰尘进入轴承的内部，影响轴承使用性能。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是解决现有技术中防尘盖为平面结构所存在的上述问题，提供一种具有抗变形槽的轴承防尘盖。本实用新型设计一种具有抗变形槽的轴承防尘盖，包括轴承防尘圈盖，其特征在于：在轴承防尘圈盖的防尘环面上有凹槽。本实用新型的有益效果是：防尘面开有抗变形槽，在防尘盖压装和使用中，防尘盖在抗变形槽的作用下，防尘盖抗变形能力显著提高。

图1、2中包括：轴承防尘盖1，所述的轴承防尘盖1的防尘环面2开有凹槽3。
本实用新型通过轴承防尘盖1上的防尘环面2开有凹槽3，可以产生抗变形效果，相当于给轴承防尘盖1的防尘环面2增加了抵抗受力变形的肋骨，同时也增加了受力面积，保证了轴承防尘盖1在外力的作用下不易产生变形。
