Abstract

Title: Rotor Lamination Abstract The invention discloses a rotor lamination which comprises a body provided with a rotating shaft through hole, wherein an annular groove which is concentric with the rotating shaft through hole is stamped on one side surface of the body, and a convex eave corresponding to the annular groove is simultaneously formed on the other side surface of the body. When a rotor is assembled, only the positions of the adjacent laminations need to be well adjusted, and then the convex eaves and the annular grooves are clamped and pressed through a simple press, so that the processing and the connection are convenient, the process is simple and convenient and the two end surfaces of the manufactured rotor are smooth and traceless.

Description

Description Rotor Lamination Technical Field The invention relates to a rotor and specifically relates to a lamination for constituting the rotor. Background of the Invention An existing motor rotor is mostly formed by connecting a plurality of laminations, the connection way can adopt thimbles for top pressing and riveting or adopt through rivets for riveting or other various ways, and the deficiencies are as follows: after the thimbles are adopted for top pressing and riveting, one end surface has the convex ejecting trace, the unsmooth phenomenon is caused, the control requirements of the riveting conditions are higher, and the adoption of the through rivets for riveting can cause the complex structure, more components and complex process. Summary of the Invention The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a rotor lamination which is convenient to process and connect, and simple and convenient in process, and can enable the two end surfaces of a manufactured rotor to be smooth and traceless. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the rotor lamination comprises a body provided with a rotating shaft through hole, and the rotor lamination is characterized in that an annular groove which is concentric with the rotating shaft through hole is stamped on one side surface of the body, and a convex eave corresponding to the annular groove is simultaneously formed on the other side surface of the body. In an improved way, the rotating shaft through hole is circumferentially provided with a plurality of clamping teeth, thereby being convenient to be clamped with a rotating shaft, eliminating the need of processing a position-clamping structure on the rotating shaft and simplifying the structure for matching the rotating shaft with the lamination. Further, the clamping teeth tilt along the axial direction of the body for forming a circular truncated cone structure. Therefore, the rotating shaft is convenient to insert and the rotating shaft can simultaneously form a meshing structure with the clamping teeth. Preferably, the height of the circular truncated cone is 0.1-1mm. The annular groove which is concentric with the rotating shaft through hole is stamped on one side surface of the body, and the convex eave corresponding to the annular groove is simultaneously formed on the other side surface of the body. Therefore, when the rotor is assembled, only the positions of the adjacent laminations 1 need to be well adjusted, and then the convex eaves and the annular grooves are clamped and pressed through a simple press, so that the processing and the connection are convenient, the process is simple and convenient and the two end surfaces of the manufactured rotor are smooth and traceless. Brief Description of the Drawings In combination of the following figures, the invention is further described. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of rotor lamination of the invention; Figure 2 is an A-A view in Figure 1. Detailed Description of the Invention As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a rotor lamination of the invention comprises a body 1 provided with a rotating shaft through hole, wherein an annular groove 2 which is concentric with the rotating shaft through hole is stamped on one side surface of the body, a convex eave 3 corresponding to the annular groove is simultaneously formed on the other side surface of the body, the rotating shaft through hole is circumferentially provided with a plurality of clamping teeth 4, the clamping teeth tilt along the axial direction of the body for forming a circular truncated cone structure, and the height of the circular truncated cone is 0.1-1mm. 2
