背景技术
目前,国内门窗使用的五金件结构,主要靠型材的壁厚承受重力和正负风压的作用;根据国内实际情况,门的壁厚为2mm、窗的壁厚为1.4mm,在大开启等情况下是无法完全承受所受作用的,从而无法保证整窗的性能;其缺点是:螺钉连接易失效、型材强度不够、开启扇易掉角、整窗性能易丢失。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了上述存在的缺陷,目的是提供一种门窗的备板角码结构。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种门窗的备板角码结构是这样实现的,下面结合附图做具体说明:见图1、图2,门窗的备板角码结构,是将6mm厚的备板角码3、导流板4与边框角码2配合使用在边框1腔内,将备板角码3靠于外侧安装,采用注胶工艺固定。边框1斜切45°角下料,边框角码2根据与备板角码3组合安装在边框1腔内的尺寸进行下料;将边框角码2配套的导流板4安装在边框角码2两侧,备板角码3侧不使用导流板4;一起插入边框1内外腔内,采用与边框1配套的角片5插入边框角片槽内,整窗的四个角采用同样的方法同时进行组装,组装后用组角机组角,在预先冲好注胶孔6的上下两侧位置注入双组份组角胶7。

1、一种门窗的备板角码结构,其特征在于:将备板角码(3)与边框角码(2)配合设置在边框(1)的腔内,备板角码(3)固定在边框角码(2)的外侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的门窗的备板角码结构,其特征在于:所述的边框(1)呈45°角,边框角码(2)与备板角码(3)、导流板(4)组合置于边框(1)的腔内;导流板(4)设置在边框角码(2)的两侧;角片(5)置于边框(1)的角片槽内,门窗的四个角设置相同的备板角码结构,在注胶孔(6)内注入双组份组角胶(7)。
