本实用新型是一种建筑门窗转角连接结构。
背景技术
传统的门窗转角结构为主框型材组角后与转角框拼接，该连接形式转角框腔体及端面外露，使腔内积水，产生电化学腐蚀，造成整窗安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服传统转角连接结构的不足，本实用新型提供一种新型转角连接结构，该结构能实现转角型材腔体及端面的完全封闭。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括主框型材、角连接配件、T型连接配件和密封垫，其特征是：主框型材通过插入其腔体中的角连接配件构成水平组角，并组装固定拉紧的销钉，在水平组角的主框型材上安装T型连接配件，转角框插入T型连接配件上，并组装固定拉紧的销钉及沉头机制钉。
本实用新型的有益效果是：转角型材腔体完全封闭，以避免腔内或端面积水产生的电化学腐蚀带来的整窗安全隐患。

具体实施方式：
图1中，主框型材(1)下料后，角连接配件(2)插入主框型材(1)腔体中，通过销钉(3)的固定拉紧实现主框型材(1)的水平组角。
图2中，在水平组角的主框型材(1)的T连接配件(4)安装位置放入密封垫(8)，安装T型连接配件(4)，T型连接配件(4)就位后将转角框插入，用销钉(3)及沉头机制钉(6)固定拉紧，从注胶孔(7)注入金属胶后完成转角框的T型连接。
