Abstract
钢质防盗隔音防火进户门，本实用新型提供一种同时满足防盗、隔音、防火的钢质进户门。本实用新型采用门框、门扇、铰链，配装防盗锁，其特征是采用1.5mm厚钢板折弯成门框的上框、竖框和门槛，上框两端各有二个插脚，竖框上端各有两个插孔，上框的插脚与竖框上端的插孔组合联接，竖框下端与门槛用自攻螺钉联接，在门框与门扇四周闭合的部有凹槽镶防烟条；门框的竖框中装有铰链连接板，铰链连接板通过联接螺栓与建筑洞口的预埋件联接，门扇的铰链与门框中的铰链连接板联接；门扇的内、外面板为1.0mm镀锌钢板，门扇的内、外面板之间装防盗板，门扇内填充防火门芯，门扇两竖边有角型折弯防盗隔音边。

背景技术
随着人们安全和消防意识的提高，对进户门的功能要求更加全面。目前的普通钢质防火门在防盗和隔音方面很差，而防盗门、隔音门又不具备防火的功能，市场上需要一种兼具防盗、隔音和防火功能的钢质进户门。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种同时满足防盗、隔音、防火要求的钢质进户门。
本实用新型的技术方案采用门框、门扇、铰链，配装3锁体4锁点联体防盗锁，其特征是采用1.5mm厚钢板或彩钢板折弯成门框的上框、竖框和门槛，上框两端各有二个插脚，两侧的竖框上端各有两个长方形插孔，上框两端的插脚与两侧竖框上端的长方形插孔组合联接，两侧的竖框下端与门槛用自攻螺钉联接，在门框与门扇四周闭合的部位有凹槽，凹槽中镶防烟条；门框装铰链的竖框中装有铰链连接板，铰链连接板通过联接螺栓直接与建筑洞口的预埋件联接，门扇的铰链与门框中安装的铰链连接板联接；门扇的内、外面板为1.0mm镀锌钢板或彩钢板，门扇的内、外面板之间装防盗板补强，门扇内填充防火门芯材料，门扇两竖边有角型折弯防盗隔音边。
本实用新型的优点是门框四周有防烟条，门扇两竖边设置防盗隔音边，门扇内填充防火门芯材料，并做防盗补强处理，采用3锁体4锁点联体防盗锁，起到防火、密封、隔音、防盗的作用；门的安装通过铰链安装件实现门扇与建筑物直接联接，大大提高了整樘门的牢固程度和防盗性能。

具体实施方式
本实用新型(参见附图)采用门框、门扇、铰链，配装3锁体4锁点联体防盗锁。门框由上框1、铰链一侧的竖框2、防盗锁一侧的竖框3和门槛4组成，门框的上框、竖框和门槛采用1.5mm厚钢板或彩钢板折弯成型，上框两端各有二个插脚，两侧的竖框上端各有两个长方形插孔，上框的插脚与竖框的插孔组合联接，竖框下端与门槛用自攻螺钉联接。在门框与门扇四周闭合的部位有凹槽，凹槽中镶防烟条6。门框装铰链的竖框装有铰链连接板5，铰链连接板通过联接螺栓直接与建筑洞口的预埋件联接，门扇的铰链7与门框中安装的铰链连接板联接，门扇的重量大部分作用于建筑物上，使门的安装更牢固。门扇内面板8和外面板9之间有防盗板10及锁侧加强筋11、铰链侧加强筋13，空隙中填充防火门芯12，外面板的两竖边有角型折弯防盗隔音边。

1.钢质防盗隔音防火进户门，采用门框、门扇、铰链，配装3锁体4锁点联体防盗锁，其特征是采用1.5mm厚钢板或彩钢板折弯成门框的上框、竖框和门槛，上框两端各有二个插脚，两侧的竖框上端各有两个长方形插孔，上框两端的插脚与两侧竖框上端的长方形插孔组合联接，两侧的竖框下端与门槛用自攻螺钉联接，在门框与门扇四周闭合的部位有凹槽，凹槽中镶防烟条；门框装铰链的竖框中装有铰链连接板，铰链连接板通过联接螺栓直接与建筑洞口的预埋件联接，门扇的铰链与门框中安装的铰链连接板联接；门扇的内、外面板为1.0mm镀锌钢板或彩钢板，门扇的内、外面板之间装防盗板补强，门扇内填充防火门芯材料，门扇两竖边有角型折弯防盗隔音边。
