本实用新型涉及一种游标式测量仪器,特别涉及深孔内锥度小端直径的尺寸测量。
背景技术
密封阀面是高压阀柱、阀件的关键部位,而内倾斜式阀面密封控制的关键或难点之一就是如何控制阀面的宽度即锥度小端尺寸。由于阀面的锥度小端在阀腔深孔内部,加工过程无法观测,车工只能根据刀具进给的刻度来判断,依靠感觉加工,其结果无法测量,其精度是否达到设计要求也无法判定。因此,亟需一种能准确测量锥度小端尺寸的测量仪器。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种锥度小端测量仪,能准确测量锥度小端尺寸。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出的技术方案是:一种锥度小端测量仪,包括主尺、框尺、定位塞,所述框尺能够在所述主尺滑动,所述定位塞连接在所述主尺的测量端,所述框尺的测量端为内锥形卡口,所述主尺、框尺上分别刻有十分、百分刻度,或者,所述主尺、框尺上分别刻有百分、十分刻度,通过所述主尺、框尺的相对位置移动测量锥度小端宽度。
本实用新型的测量是依据锥体中的直径与深度的比值为常数的原理,用内锥形卡口卡在锥度小端的外直径上,由于其直径无法计数或读数,需同时借用主尺进行该状态下的深/高度测量,并将深/高度的数值按比例换算成直径的刻度,再由刻度直接读出小端直径。深/高度的数值采用游标尺的读数原理进行,只需根据计数的刻度按比例关系换算后刻制。
作为优选方案,所述内锥形卡口的锥度为90°,此时内锥体中的直径与深度的比值为2:1,便于测量结果的换算以及刻度的刻制。
本实用新型的锥度小端测量仪使用方便、精度可靠,可像深度尺一样直接读数,测量精度可达百分毫米。它填补了深孔内的锥度小端直径无测量量具的空白,属国内、外首创。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,锥度小端测量仪包括主尺1和框尺2相对滑动连接,主尺1的测量端通过连接杆4连接定位塞5。以毫米为单位,主尺1上刻有十分之一单位刻度,框尺2上刻有百分之一单位刻度线3,测量精度可达0.02毫米。框尺2的下端为测量端,该测量端为锥形卡口8,锥形卡口8的内锥面9成90°的角度。
下面描述使用该锥度小端测量仪测量高压阀柱7的密封阀面6的直径的使用方法:首先将主尺1及框尺2放入被测零件高压阀柱7孔内,然后定位塞5插入高压阀柱7的密封阀孔6内并使主尺1的测量端抵达密封阀面6,定位塞5的外径接近于密封阀的孔内径,所以,定位塞5能起到为主尺1和框尺2的校定轴心作用,保证90°锥形卡口8正好定位于密封阀面6的圆心轴线上而不至于发生偏移而产生测量误差。再将框尺2下滑动直到及90°锥形卡口8卡在密封阀面6的外径上,此时,可在刻度标尺上直接读出密封阀面6的外径值。

1、一种锥度小端测量仪,其特征在于,包括主尺、框尺、定位塞,所述框尺能够在所述主尺滑动,所述定位塞连接在所述主尺的测量端,所述框尺的测量端为内锥形卡口,所述主尺、框尺上分别刻有十分、百分刻度,或者所述主尺、框尺上分别刻有百分、十分刻度。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锥度小端测量仪,其特征在于,所述内锥形卡口的锥度为90°。
